Bruh... out of all these, living in the UK trying to get that morning sun is near impossible. Either too cloudy, rainy and waking up in the dark during winter.😮😂
Morning sun only in the summer when the clocks change. Anyway, God bless you and all those in the comments.🙌🏽💯👊🏽

Great Video! Thank You Adam such simple and great advice Sir.
Breathing with the diaphragm is important and has benefits like controlling the breathing and bracing technique to stiffening the core before lifting basic household items, moving them.

If I make a list of the tips in this video, I already follow almost all of those tips, however, lately I struggle a lot with sleep. Before, I easily slept 7 or 8 hours. Now it's hard for me to reach that standard.

Hey Adam, what are your thoughts on protein shakes? Do gymnast tend to use them or do they prefer to stick no whole foods?

This isn't an answer from Adam, but I worked in sports nutrition for two decades (undergrad in biology and graduate degree in human nutrition) and manufactured protein and weight gain supplements amongst other products.
We are rightly advised not to eat refined foods, but protein powders are extraordinarily refined. Frankly, I was shocked when I first walked into a manufacturing plant that was making our protein powders.
That's the main problem I see apart from the fact that the body is much better adapted to utilizing fish, poultry, red meat and shellfish. Add eggs, fermented dairy and cheese to that too.

Always a lot of excellent info from this gent.
However, I believe people drink way to much water.
We need to drink when our body needs it. Pay attention to the body, it will tell you when to drink...not your ego or insecurity.

I’m thinking more about what we drink. Most people drink plain water with no salt or electrolytes which hydrates the body

being hydrated is good for health but water weight is a thing and it doesn't help when it comes to having visible abs, quite the contrary in fact. lastly breathing through your nose... well that's a general health advice and at best it represents a 2% boost to someone's abs development. then as far as exercises go you tell us to go watch your other videos. why makes this if you're not gonna offer any valuable information?
