As a renal dietitian, I have found that a lower oxalate ketogenic diet had given my patients results they have never seen before. We use a low carb diet + exogenous ketones and citrate (KetoCitra made by the researchers who discovered ketosis and PKD) and love the results we get. I think there is more to learn for sure but this is a great starting point for so many. When keto is done correctly it can be great for people with kidney disease!
Good morning Dr Berg. Since following your advice in the last few months. I am no longer taking drugs for Asthma. My Thyroxine has been reduced. My blood pressure is lower. I’ve lost weight, and after speaking to my Nephrologist a couple weeks ago for my review on Polycystic kidney and liver disease. He asked me “what are you doing “ I told him about cutting out sugar, intermittent fasting and also a daily yoga practice. My Dr was so impressed that he said that he too was going to look into these recommendations!!!!! Wow!!!! 😮 Thank you very much for your videos. 😊
Also try Deep breathing exercises to keep your blood pressure low. It works, check your blood pressure before you try it then do the deep breathing exercises after. Let me know how it goes. 👍
@@racloud355 thank you for you suggestion! It is very much appreciated.😊 Deep breathing, daily yoga, meditation and intermittent fasting (and the reduction of sugar) has really changed my mind, body and soul for the better.
My nephrologist doesn't suggest diet, he says I must remove one kidney... I told him I'm picking up weight, he says I must walk but I have severe neuropathy due yo dialysis... I'm almost 8 years on dialysis... I so want to try IF and keto diet...
I’ve been cutting out carbs and sugar for a while now. Added KetoCitra to my daily routine which helps with oxalate intake and days I wanna cheat a little the Ren-Nu program also helped me learn so much more about PKD nutrition as you work with your own PKD expert dietitian
That’s really promising results you got there. Could you share what you do to get rid of asthma, and what is ketocitra and where could I buy it? Thank you
Thanks for this video . Am a Ugandan 32 yrs and in 2021 I was diagnosed with bileteral polycystic kidneys disease with my blood pressure in the roof and a lot of UTIs. I have been taking BP medication until last year after watching a lot of your videos I divided I was going to try fasting, quit sugar and eat cleaner and workout. My kidneys stopped paining and I feel much better. I know in the long run this is going to benefit me a lot. I fast 36hrs once a week and do intermittent fasting other days of the week. I no longer feel my heart pounding in my chest like it used to esp at night while sleeping. The ringing in my head is slowly going away and I feel much better......I know it's going to take time and am trying all I can to stay focused but sometimes I fall and regret it..... everything you said in this video, you have said it before in other videos and that's how I came up with that plan. Thanks for the good work. Am so pleased
I took over the care of my Mum, she was 89 i changed her diet as much as she would allow me. In 12 month i double her kidney function which the kidney specialist said he never sees happen in the elderly. I didn't know about Keto back then just took her off processed foods. I couldn't get her to stop eating her sweet cereal. Imagine how i could of helped with Keto.
Bless you Dr. Berg. I am Stage 3 and all I keep getting by medical professionals, nutritionists, and dietitians are a plant diets and w/low sodium, phosphorus, and potassium. And therefore I abandoned my Keto diet; which increased my diabetes and blood pressure. Their response was to increase my amount of meds and the dosage of the meds I was already on, smh. This video is such a blessing and brought me to tears. Bless you for all you do!!!
Thanks Dr. Berg - my mother had Polycystic kidneys and was on dialysis for 12 years. Back then and with my limited knowledge of diet, I knew all the sugar and junk food she ate probably wasn't helping her kidney function. Glad to know, for myself, that I have a good plan to keep my kidney function strong and healthy. THANK YOU!
Dear, if you have the disease in the same grade, you will no scape. Look for a living donor, as me and my sister. We are both very happy now with the outcome, with a minimal time on dialysis.
The best natural remedies for kidney problems: • Curcumin • Resveratrol • EGCG (in green tea) • Quercetin • Berberine What I would do for chronic kidney disease: 1. Take the above natural remedies 2. Go on a low-oxalate keto diet 3. Do intermittent fasting Thank you Dr Berg! 🐱👍🏿
@michaelkariuki5350 well ok. I am 28 I fasted for 37 days and had no food and no water for 18 hours I stopped consuming sugar and carbohydrates and the results were incredible the small cysts disappeared and the large ones shrunk by five millimeters. my egfr also improved
I had numerous tumors on one of my kidney and the adrenal glands over a couple centimeters in 2019, I switched to low carb, and a frequent fasting and a scan in 2021 showed they were scarcely detectable. Also had multiple cysts running up my shins for whatever reason and they left too.
Dr. Berg, you are a Godsend. Polycystic kidney disease is a hereditary disease in my family. I'm going to take your advice and put it to use immediately.
This is usually a hereditary disease but I agree that if you cut out the glucose from the diet would be the most beneficial. Intermittent fasting is essential. There is genetic testing for PKD. Dr. Ken Berry has a video that talks about the same thing. There is a medication only prescribed by a Nephrologist called Jynarque. I use to work at a Nephrologist office.
I’m in the end of stage of kidney disease. I have polycystic kidney disease since birth, and last 2021 diagnosed with kidney failure and I’m on a Peritoneal dialysis up to this time.
Call healthfood stores to see which has the 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide. Dilute to 3% solution 12 oz water 1 oz 35%. Then slow regime to add to drinking water. start 3 drops 3 times a day 4 next 5 next & increase to 16 days & reach 25 at end! All that oxygen could really turn you around. ACV is a filter cleaner so would incl. even in tablet. The GREAT Physician Jesus is the only doctor I see and use His real simple remedies!
Thank you from my heart. I went to many doctors, including uterine thickening, and all of them were treated with replacement hormones and Kawkan, and the situation was getting worse and worse. No doctor advised me to lose weight or abstain from sugars, even though I suffer in addition. I suffer from polycystic ovaries and small fibrosis, and some doctors advised me to remove my uterus, even though I am 36, I started to improve because of you, and I started to lose weight, reduce sugars, and play sports. I hope you prepare more videos about the thickness of the uterus. I follow you by all means.
Thank You for this my mom had PKD and died from complications of dialysis, my sister and nephew now suffer with the same issues and I just the other day got told I have multiple cysts on both my kidneys, I jumped straight into the research and found many many good up to date information about this and will over come this metabolic disease Thank you 🙏🏻
I have been doing low carb/low sugar for a while and the results alone from those small changes were enough to keep me going in the right direction with cutting out even more and adding healthy fats and by also adding KetoCitra to help with days where I’m not as strict. I’m not fully plant based yet, but getting closer and closer. Diagnosed with PKD over 20 years ago.
@@achrafsoulala8506look into a guy named Gabriel cousins, he wrote some raw food vegan books with recipes that are keto vegan. Nuts and seed, replace meat for protein, with a dehydrator and blender you can make all sorts of things to mimic traditional foods. I have this on both kidneys with only 30 percent function in my right kidney.. Didnt know about almonds What other nuts are bad? Or are all nuts bad like peas? Spinach?
QUESTION! Is this the same as having cysts on your Liver too? This is such great information! My health has improved greatly from your videos and vital information that other doctors tend to dismiss. I have REVERSED INSULIN RESISTANCE thanks to you! ❤️
Thanks for covering our research. I put a lot of effort into those papers and I am glad to see that the word is getting out that there that diet can be a tool for helping those with PKD.
Its so great to see people finally catching on to this. I remember very distinctly when I was the only one shouting from the rooftops in 2015 that a ketogenic diet worked to reverse my PKD, was banned from all sorts of groups as a result. Now it's going mainstream. Now there's whole communities about it on the social networks. In health coaching, I see great results from this kind of diet with PKD on the regular. Recently I took the time to make my own little statistics on patient reports, and the mean increase in GFR for someone starting out at their next doctors visit was 17 points. Quite amazing! Thanks Dr. Berg for bringing more awareness to this hot topic.
I have spinal stenosis and apparently I have uric acid sludge build up in my kidney. My doctors tell me that I have just "1" benign kidney cyst. I notice that whenever I fast for 24 hours from food and water, the area where my back hurt around my kidneys and spinal column start to radiate this soothing itch. I always wondered about that. Now I know why. Thank you Dr, Berg, thank your for this video. I just recently had an excruciatingly painful kidney stone. I juiced over 40 pounds of organic cranberries to get rid of it, 98% of my pain symptoms, along with putting castor oil packs first. When my organic cranberries went out of season, I started juicing red radishes without the greens and continued with the castor packs, I'm still passing large amounts of kidney sludge. When I wake up I wake up to my back radiating these soothing itching feelings in my kidneys. It's so strong I don't want to move, it's like it hypnotizes me or something, that's how strong it is. Then, when I can't hold it anymore, when I urinate my first morning urination, I pass this very dark yellow, brownish, very smelly urine. Then my back starts itching more, from my kidneys and spinal column radiating outward for about 40 minutes. I also have 3 to 5 more episodes of dark smelly urine with each progressive urination episode becoming less dark and closer to being clear, still a little foggy, but clear. Then, during the day, sometimes I'll feel like I have a full bladder, and only pass about an ounce of urine, that is dark brown, and sinks to the bottom of the toilet water. I have autoimmune disease which started about the time the military gave me this orange colored va666ine that this Vietnam vet told me was an experimental anthrax va666ine. EDIT: I forgot to mention, Juicing Bok Choy also flushes my kidney. I tried it after watching one of Dr. Berg's other videos on Kidney disease. Dr. Berg highly recommended Bok Choy as one of the best foods for kidney health and to improve kidney function. I juiced about 8 pounds of organic Bok Choy, and it expelled a lot of that brown sludge from my kidneys. In my opinion, spinal stenosis is basically uric acid kidney stones in the spinal column. .. ..

One other physical sign that I am indeed flushing uric acid sludge out of my kidneys and body system, is my complexion looks so much better. I no longer have that pale, dead man complexion. The end result is women are more talkative to me, and smile at me more. Just saying how when you're unhealthy looking it negatively impacts your social life. When people are attracted to you, on a subconscious level, what they're really attracted to is your good health. If you're good looking, that means very healthy genetics. .
I just watched your video on Hashimoto’s and I also have cysts on my kidneys and have had for decades. No one has ever told me any of this. I am so grateful. I will go off grains and sugar and drink more water. I’ll try the fasting.
My husband had kidney stones. The main symptom was severe sharp pain that started suddenly, at one side of his back. Specialist doctor treated him well, had undergone surgery. Thanks Dr Berg for enlightening us on this topic.
Diagnosed with PKD October 2004. At 70 I am just getting close to Stage 2. Conventional treatment tells me to limit protein and wait for dialysis. I do a modified keto but I am ready to go more into it. This week I will start The Limited fasting. Thanks Dr.
Great information I could have used more than a decade ago. I got a transplant and have had my polycystic kidneys removed 8 years ago. Although I eat Keto and IF to manage my Diabetes from the anti rejection drug Tacrolimus.
Please do a video on angiomyolipoma (benign tumour of the kidney). Literally NO ONE has made a video about it, Dr. Berg!🙏 You've helped me cure my mild fatty liver.....now my kidney is the darn issue.
I swear he reads our minds. I was literally leaving a comment on another video about my condition discovered accidentally when I was 20 with no symptoms( I'm 43 now). This will be interesting. My left kidney was between polycystic to hydronephrosis diagnosed and probably while still in the womb. I went plant based for couple of years trying to stay away from animal protein but after a fracture at work was looking for high density foods so started to introduce eggs, sardines, goat milk and some meats. This will be interesting to watch.
I've been on dialysis for over 5 years now (end stage renal failure caused by vasculitis). I've tried some supplements already, with no results. I'm going to try low carb diet and intermittent fasting. Hopefully it will make some improvements:)
@@callie672 Thank you. Just checked that channel. After watching one video, I'm not convinced. Unfortunately, it sounds unrealistic to me (e.g. the story about a woman who didn't need dialysis anymore after only A WEEK of taking accacia powder, sold by this lady)
Hello Dr. Berg. Thank you for that great video and spreading awareness for ADPKD. I have Polycystic Kidney Disease. Ever since the great News from UCSB, Weimbs Lab in 2019 I have been on a ketogenic Diet. I did improve my kidney function on the ketogenic Diet. I am so grateful. Since 2021 I have been taking KetoCitra, exogne Ketones from Santa Barbara Nutrients. And it helps me to be in deeper Ketosis.
Can you share more about your diet. Because i heard nutrition that said fat and animal protein hard in kidneys. Now he is saying carbs bad for kidneys. Not knowing exactly what to eat
Oh my goodness!! This video is the best thing ever!!!! My son and I both have PkD. We’ve been taking Reservatrol & curcumin. The only thing doctors want to do (of course) is try lisinopril & tell you there’s nothing out there to help us. This is so comforting and has made a bad week better. I have a coworker that is now on HD at home due to PKD. Wonder if it would have helped him.🤔…..Yay! Thank you for the information.
Why after watching one video of Dr Berg, the next one is from another provider I'm not interested in. Algorithms are constantly sending me away from Dr. BERG channel, but I'm always back 😎. Thank you for sharing and educating us!
@@metal7core short term strategy that builds acidosis. The only thing that truly heals is the hydration from fruit, monosaccharide, and the polyohenols that melt the fibroids and suck out the acidity. Keto just adds acidic fat to your heart, kidneys, and pancreas and then they end up competing and a lot of people get diabetes then too.
Hello, Dr. Berg. I am a multi-cyst kidney patient with cysts behind the knee and on the liver. Indeed, I tried the keto diet for 6 months. Indeed, the size of the kidney cysts was reduced, but I left the keto diet two years ago. I now suffer from severe infections and swelling in the joints and face that appear and disappear within a week. Is this because of the cyst or not
A friend shared this video with me because we just found out that my husband has multiple cysts on both kidneys and we can't get an appointment with a kidney specialist until late october
Due to your motivational vids I lost about 20kg in 3 months. I was obsessed with sugar, sweets and candies. But weight is just the side efect. I hope it does effect the tumors at first.

THANK YOU!, Dr. Berg! In the early 1900s (~105 years ago) the only treatment for diabetes was a ketogenic diet. (You, Dr. Berg, likely know that but most others likely don't.) Some time later, the ketogenic diet was used to treat juvenile epilepsy. (Beginning about 1942.) So much for the propaganda that the ketogenic diet is "unsafe". I'm 67, when I was young many people still lived the old-timey ways. The 'normal' diet was pretty low-carb, compared to the 'modern' "standard American diet". Also, there were still people that got up, went to work, worked all day, WITHOUT eating! So they did "intermittent fasting" w/out knowing or calling it that. The result was old (mostly men) that were in fairly good health AND did hard physical work. When I was young, in the rural area I grew up in, there were several of these old men. I consider myself fortunate to have known them. The take-away is the benefits of low-carb diets that we should use. Have a GREAT day, Neighbor!
Last year I was diagnosed with Stage 5 CKD (less than 10% renal function) and have been on dyalisis ever since. I've been having a cup of nettle tea (Urtica dioica) on a daily basis for around a month and I think my disease is reversing. My urine has become darker than before which means filtration has improved. A few months ago it was so clear it looked like plain water.
Dr Berg, a woman on another channel commented that she went Vegan and it resolved many of her health problems. She said her background was that she was on keto diet and it resulted in her gallbladder nearly rupturing, emergency surgery saved her. Is there data on this as it has me concerned?
The lack of bile salts production from a low fat diet would cause cholestasis which increases the chances of gallstones. The demands on the liver to produce bile increases when ketogenic and aggravate any obstruction issues. Have a distinct impression these were not the only diets this woman was on. As sugar can be ‘considered’ vegan, another assumption is that she is back to using glucose as a fuel source
I had kidney problems as a kid... First I was a fat 3 year old, then I was a skinny 4 year old... I still don't really know wtf was wrong then. Just hospitals suck.😓
I'm so sorry. Sounds awful for a little kid to experience. Mind boggling what our bodies go through and, as children, we are held hostage by all of it. God bless ✌️
Good Morning , Dr.Berg ☕ I sure do appreciate you , Thank you so much for sharing Interesting Information with everybody . God Bless and Protect all of you , Stay Safe ❤ 🙏 2 / 4 / 2023🙏
Dr Berg thank you for helping us that are dealing with all these problems/issues. I drink water daily , cut down on my coffee ,, green tea , dandelion tea nothing in it. And I have chronic kidney disease stage four kidney failure, but I got my kidneys function up by myself by watching some of these videos and cutting back on a lot of things and changing my diet and I was at 17% getting ready to get put on Dallas dialysis and I’m on the transplant list well my right kidney is doing great. It’s at 40% if I can get at least 60 or 70 I’ll be great but the right side is for both of my kidneys cause my left kidney is the one that is damaged. It’s smaller and it has stones in it, and I passed the stones fragments of them every day. So what can I do to keep having my kidney function stay up usually I got it up by fasting and not union but again I have no appetite as it is so when I do eat, what should I eat? Been doing breast fed beef and vegetables or salad and I know you’re supposed to eat less I don’t do three meals a day taut is dinner time then I fast till the next day at 6 nothing to eat after 630 but I stopped drinking water about seven because I won’t be at ball pain all night and I am in bed by nine and asleep by 9:30 and it’s hard to stay on this schedule I have because of the kidney stones and on top of that have parasites so I need I’m in the middle of doing a parasite cleanse is there anyway you could speak more or make some more videos on parasites and what would she be doing and how to get them out of us?
Dr. Berg is very nice, what you provide to people of information in a simplified way. I benefited greatly from you. My diet was zero fat, very few vegetables and a lot of sugars, leading to obesity, thickening of the uterus, bleeding for more than ten years, and chronic anemia.I hope you will prepare new clips about the thickening of the uterus and bleeding a lot. Many women in my country suffer from going to specialized doctors who hold an American or German board in gynecology. However, they were drugs that focused only on hormones and alternatives.

Hi Dr Berg. I've been following you for sometime now and I've tried intermittent fasting and keto. It worked extremely well but stopped during my family holiday in the summer and struggled to get back. Now I've discovered that I could have serious issues with my kidneys. I'm a diabetic type 2 and I'm scared. I have bubbles in my urine, last month I had an ache in my lower back that lasted a couple of days. I have water retention in both my legs, though my left leg is worse than my right. I have young children and It's really hit home now, unlike previously where I was in denial. I was diagnosed probably around 2016. I'm due to have a kidney check but I've not been to see a dr about my condition for years. Any advice would be great. Take care
O-M-G. My fiancée died from polycystic kidney disease. It appeared exactly like the Bat Out of Hell, suddenly changing everything totally. No symptoms whatsoever; none of us had ever heard of this thing. She just went to bed one night and never woke up. My understanding was that there is no defense from PKD....until now! You bet I'll pass this info to her family.
Hey Eric, you sent me an email that said only, "let's discuss." ????? and I might add that after 4 years of consuming copious amounts of greens from my garden I suffered severe kidney stones. The medical treatment is horrendous! But a tincture of chanca piedra herb removed the stones in 24 hours! As I still consume many oxalate foods I take chanca piedra for 3 days on the full moon, and of course make sure to stay hydrated all the time. cheers

Thank you, I always enjoy your videos, but this one is personal. I have polycystic kidney disease, I live in Toronto and I'm getting the best care offered. Unfortunately, I haven't been told anything about any of this. I can't say with certainty, but I bet if I bring this up I will be told that it's meaningless. Nonetheless, I'm going to read vigorously, and thankfully I already have a very clean diet, drink lots of water, and enjoy fasting. Thanks for this information.
@@weimbs That is an unbelievably fantastic suggestion, and I am happy to report that I have volunteered, and been part of that study for many years now. That is the care I was referring to. Since I am participating in the study, I get an almost annual MRI, and more attention that I would probably otherwise get it. Unfortunately, Dr. Pei was clear that there's nothing I can do, and that this is genetic, but I don't think it hurts to live a clean life and be nice to your internal organs, even if what he told me is true. I eat a very raw and clean diet, black coffee and water only, no meat, no dairy, and egg whites only. Thanks again for the suggestion, you were pointing me in exactly the right direction.
Dr. Berg, I haven’t eaten sugar in 10 years and I am in good health, and not diabetic. I have low blood pressure but recently found I have a 3.4 cm cyst on my kidney. Thank you for this extra information. Polycyclic kidney disease runs on my father's side. I have it and still have 96% function at 37. It's all about lifestyle, keep fit, eat clean, drink tonne of water and fast at night till mid morning. The hardest part is keeping blood pressure down. The disease comes hand in hand with STROKES. And get a specialist with yearly visits.

I have ADPKD1, i have done low oxalate, low sodium, keto with keto citra for almost a year. Blood monitor ketones ranging 0.5 up to 2.5mmol over the year, unfortunately no improvement in eGFR, in fact my last reading was my lowest ever. I have not had an MRI yet to see kidney size, but right now it seems like it does NOT work. Many people do it and drastically lose weight (muscle mass) and also go low protein, this could very easily create a false uptick in eGFR in the short/medium that has nothing to do with kidney function. There are many Shills posting making claims of "curing" the disease that are recruiting various paid programmes and FB groups run by people offering paid coaching.
Okay that was a good video. I'm in stage 3 of CKD. My creatinine is 1.46 my GFR is 53. I know it is not realistic to get back to 100% and down to .8 however I think it is realistic to get my GFR back to and my creatinine to at least 1.0 I already do low carb. I keep my carbs around 100 to 130 grams per day. Dinner is at 5 p.m. breakfast is 8 a.m. the next morning. I only have bread for my noontime meal and it's whole wheat. Dinner is a salad with a pasta hamburger dish. Glass of whole milk 3 times day. Breakfast is two eggs. Again I'd like to get that GFR backup to somewhere between 65 and 70. I rarely eat desert. I also fat fast once per month for 48 hours. The fat is olive oil and ghee. What do you think?
I'm not diagnosed but my urine output is quite lower than it used to be. Turns out the salt is the problem. When I lower salt to 5g a day, problem goes away.
Have you checked Dr Berg’s videos on potassium balancing salt? And how salt is needed for so many body functions? Including for healthy kidneys? Please consider looking into potassium ❤
Dr. David A. Sinclair says that resveratrol is very fat-soluble and should be dissolved in fat, such as olive oil. He likens resveratrol with water to "brick dust" lol. I put the powder from my resveratrol into about 1/2 tsp of olive oil and stir a bit and it quickly becomes a creamy paste.
Take this for what it's worth, but I have stage 3 Kidney disease and when I stopped eating meat (mammals, birds) my kidney function majorly improved. Just fish and eggs are where I get my protein. I also cut out seed oils. I don't do the keto diet, though. Furthermore, I eat ice cream and put creamer in my coffee, sorry.

And therefore I abandoned my Keto diet; which increased my diabetes and blood pressure. Their response was to increase my amount of meds and the dosage of the meds I was already on, smh. THANK YOU!

Dr. Berg, you are a Godsend. Polycystic kidney disease is a hereditary disease in my family. I'm going to take your advice and put it to use immediately.
Is it truly hereditary or you just have the same lifestyle in your family? Maybe you are all insulin resistant and genetics has nothing to do with it.

No doctor advised me to lose weight or abstain from sugars, even though I suffer in addition.

Bok Choy is very high in potassium so I would be cautious .

THANK YOU!, Dr. Berg!
In the early 1900s (~105 years ago) the only treatment for diabetes was a ketogenic diet.
(You, Dr. Berg, likely know that but most others likely don't.)
Some time later, the ketogenic diet was used to treat juvenile epilepsy.
(Beginning about 1942.)
So much for the propaganda that the ketogenic diet is "unsafe".
That’s absolutely amazing data! Please gather your memories from back then and contact me for an interview ❤

A few months ago it was so clear it looked like plain water.
Nice to hear, have you done another test?.

Dr Berg, a woman on another channel commented that she went Vegan and it resolved many of her health problems. She said her background was that she was on keto diet and it resulted in her gallbladder nearly rupturing, emergency surgery saved her. Is there data on this as it has me concerned?
Such reports never reveal what they stopped eating nor for how long on the new program.
Dr Berg’s videos on gallbladder issues when someone does “keto” without basic knowledge on this, can help ❤

Can you please do a video on everything a type 1 diabetic need to do to stay healthy. I'm already doing keto and fasting as much as I can but it's hard to control my blood sugars when fasting. I'm scared of getting bad complications. I've been type 1 for 47 years and it's one of the worse things to have. I also take benfotiamine but it dont always agree with my body. Please help.

Dr. Berg, I am from Syria. I suffered for ten years from severe uterine bleeding and thickening of the uterus. I applied some advice regarding weight gain, reducing sugars, and a lot of cruciferous vegetables. It improved significantly and decreased uterine thickening and bleeding. Thank you
Ive had the same issues. Thanks for commenting. I will be doing the same
Awesome 👏 thank you so much for sharing ❤
Dr Berg thank you for the videos. I have polycystic kidney disease and polycystic liver disease. I have been on the keto diet for almost a year. I do feel better. My kidney function has not changed. My liver cyst have increased. Should I be on a different diet for my liver the information out there is really confusing.
An added note, I have never reached ketosis on the keto diet.
Just found out today that I have a cyst in my kidney and also swollen lymph nodes in my stomach and my doctor has giving me medication to treat ulcers and stomach acid

His videos on potassium helps me most. ❤
Possibly, some of his videos on kidneys in relation to sodium and to potassium could interest you ❤
Thank you so much since 2017 until now big help for the information
Dr Berg sending kindness and guidance to the PKD community who are told by specialist there nothing to do but prepare for dialysis or transplant 🌟🌟
Incredible information, thank you.
No problem. Glad you like the video.
Brilliant info as usual 🌸
Glad you found it informative!
Hi Doc! Would you take whole turmeric root with black pepper over curcumin? Thinking grapes would be too much sugar/ reservitol to recommend? Thanks!
Thomas I suffer from the same thing. Can I ask how old are you. And do you know what is the cause of your disease .thank you 🙏
If these mammals or birds were fed high omega 6, this is easily explained. ❤
I drink heapwell matcha & do 18/6 intermittent fasting
Intermittent fasting is so important, simply by reducing whatever we eat will obviously lessen the chances of these chronic issues from developing.
Thank you so much for sharing Dr
You're very welcome
Thank you so much Dr Berg. ♥️
Stay blessed 🙏
No problem. Stay safe and healthy!
