- I got tired of my hands going numb while riding my DR650 for any extended period of time because the grips are hard as a rock and fairly small. Since I have Barkbuster guards installed I figured I would save some time and try out some padded Wilson tennis racket grip covers. These feel great and are very comfortable, and they're only $5.97 each at Walmart. Well worth the money and it doesn't take long to put them on!

Good one. How's the life of this grip tape? Is it still holding? I just did with the decathlon perfly tennis tape. Very comfortable.
That sounds like it would be good, too! My taped grips are still doing well and feel good.

Woah, I've never seen that hair spray trick before. Does the hair spray contain a sort of glue? Or it reacts with the adhesive on the back of the grip, somehow?
It does tend to act like glue when it dries.
