I am a small Mom and Pop business owner. I so resonate with these ideologies. These are the kind of things I want to develop, implement, structure and create a mindset with for my team. I am in the massage therapy industry. Many therapists do not understand any of these principles you are talking about here. It doesn’t matter if they are employees or independent contractors. I totally believed becoming an owner of a massage establishment (wellness practice) would be so easy. Little did I know, I knew nothing. It has been trial by fire. Educating myself on businesses isn’t enough. I have had to learn about myself first. Then move from there. Embrace my own uniqueness is an essential part of being and finding your passions. It spills into your existence. Thank you and any other advice on leading and motivating my team from front desk and to the skin and massage therapists is greatly appreciated. Love and light.
I think better than I can speak at times, and being someone who is overanalyzes, I tended to freeze up. Especially on some odd questions presented to me. The silence can be awkward. 😬

By the way I'm a teacher and being me as an ordinary employee and a human I wish also to level up my position that I am having right now. My question is that having higher education more than master degree (like doctor degree) is much advantageous than a single master's degree alone? Honestly, I really love to continue my education but for now I think it's not ideal base on financial stability because I have also a family to support.. I really love to listen an advice from you.
