After years of not having a worthwhile environment around the building, the Plaza and interior courtyard make City Hall an actual destination... nice walkabout!
Take a good look because nothing like Philadelphia's city hall will ever again be constructed in all probability. Construction of this building began in 1871 and was not finished until 1901. It would cost billions to build today IF you could find the artisans to do the work!!😅
