    Is this Thermoelectric Cooler Module effective as a cooler/fan if the cool side fan is replaced with a larger diameter fan and heat sink?

    • @satyaprakash1812
      @satyaprakash1812 7 лет назад +3

      Ananthu Raj yes, but you need to put a larger heat sink and fan on hot side. and also keep the hot side outside the window. if not the heat generated from hot side will be circulated in the room.

    40$ in parts?
    For that price you can buy used 10x larger fridge, with proper compressor for cooling(much more efficient than peltier cell.)

      @scottfirman 7 лет назад +1

      KBT19X Hey,dont knock banggood. They offer stuff en every price range. For projects and RC stuff,they do ok. Granted most of their stuff sucks. The fact you can get the same products as offered at higher end hobby shops for less than half the price keeps me comming back. I also use alot of the LED tape in projects,especially in computer projects. People love that glowing stuff and pay extra for it.

    20 ° C . That's not a fridge. I'll get better results by wrapping the can in a wet towel and swinging it around a room for a minute. Life is too short to make shit that doesn't work.

      The peltier chips are very sensitive to temp so apply heat paste properly bw the hot side of peltier chip and the heat sink, also use high quality of heat sink ......
      During my project we burnt many chips and finally we find a solution to protect our chips.
      We simply add a feedback system which cut the temp when it goes beyond 90℃ on hot side.
