    I agree about flexion. My physio gave me those exercises which u showed for my lower back pain and that used to hurt like hurt and when I told doctor that’s hurting as hell he was like we have to do that to progress to another level. I later decided to stop those. Now I feel like heaven

    Senior Spine Orthopaedic Dr. Hen unhone kha h ki arthritis ki problem h but jb Rheomatologist ko dikhaya to abhi tk ye confirm nhi ho paya h ki main problems h kya mere bhut shadeed dard hota h 5 va sal lg gya h bed rest krte hue.
    But I really appreciate you jb se apki videos dekhna start ki h to exercise continue Krna start kiya h ap clearly bta te hen precautions kya hen how to usess to thoda thoda better' feel hone lga h bs jo bhi meri ye comments read kre vo pray kre Directly God se ki me thik ho jau.

    Sir jab se mai aapka video dekh kr exercise krna shuru kiya. Mai 90 percent recover ho gaya hu. Aap mere liye Bhagwan ho sir.

    I made all the mistakes... 😭 But from a few days I stopped and started doing the right exercise and now I feel quite better ... I started walking and this also helps my sciatica

    Very very informative episode, still I have radiating (disc bulge case) & left side hip pinching pain . Able to walk 20minutes, after that starts getting pain.

    Sir how to pick thing from floor for disc buldge patients withiut bending.women having discbuldge are unable to cook by bending neck as cervical discbuldge is there.so please sir suggest the position for cervical and lumbar discbulge women while cooking.

    Hello Sir, Thank you for explaining in easy to understand way. I am 40 years old and having back pain for last one year. Recently I have observed my right thigh is getting numb frequently when standing in one position. For last one year I was doing all the exercise you told in this video to avoid. In my case what exercise would be best. What if I do morning/evening running + skipping. As I feel the other exercise which are good for our back need proper guidance.
