I agree about flexion. My physio gave me those exercises which u showed for my lower back pain and that used to hurt like hurt and when I told doctor that’s hurting as hell he was like we have to do that to progress to another level. I later decided to stop those. Now I feel like heaven

Sir how to pick thing from floor for disc buldge patients withiut bending.women having discbuldge are unable to cook by bending neck as cervical discbuldge is there.so please sir suggest the position for cervical and lumbar discbulge women while cooking.

Hello Sir, Thank you for explaining in easy to understand way. I am 40 years old and having back pain for last one year. Recently I have observed my right thigh is getting numb frequently when standing in one position. For last one year I was doing all the exercise you told in this video to avoid. In my case what exercise would be best. What if I do morning/evening running + skipping. As I feel the other exercise which are good for our back need proper guidance.
