I had the same issue until, I replaced the metal cutter edge with a plastic cutter edge made for plows. Dozens of plastic edges available on the net. Worked like a charm.
Hey buddy, great job! I didnt even think about concrete driveways or interlocking brick. These steel blades and skid shoes could seriously damage thos types. Have a great day and thanks for the shout out 😊
Idk… my purpose with my plows is to get down to the concrete, iv used many blowers but they just don’t get down to the nit and gritty, going into the video I thought “no way this is going to do a good job” Seeing it now you totally corrected me, this is really great and think it’s a great solution for many driveways Great job 🤜🤛
@@ldkwoodshop473 it’s funny, I had a customer complain about tare up of her yard, now I’m gonna give the crew a Pce of pcs when they do the property 😂 Cheers my friend you eared my sub
Yeah but with the pipe over the bolts, the bolts would hold the pipe in place. It appears that the way you installed yours, it's easier that the pipe to slide off the plow. @@ldkwoodshop473
Sorry, haven’t encountered that yet, usually push it before the freeze. I’ll upload a video next time we have some slushy snow that freezes as you’ve described.

Thank you! Trying it for the first time, wasn’t sure myself but pleasantly surprised how clean it scraped it!

I have done decorative stamped concrete sidewalks also with this…what a back-saver!!
What diameter pipe did you use?
What size pipe did u use? I’m gonna do this. I have a cement driveway but constantly pushing it over my lawn. Thank u.
If you use a two inch pipe it will slide over the bolts.
I might try that, I think it could ride smoother over the 1” steps of uneven concrete! Thanks for commenting.

What happens when you have wet snow then freeze then can't get the ice off

Many many thanks, avoids scratching concrete Everytime I accidentally go half off the edges 😎

Tricks are cool hacks are trash. Know your slang definitions.
It's called a cutting edge not a fucking 'scraper'. Come on man.
