The perfect balance between virtuosity and musicality. This is the level of musicianship that we should all aspire to. Not sure if I’ll ever get there, but it’s amazing to enjoy.

I agree, the 2 chords vamp and pentatonic scale is all you need here. Vocals go beyond imagination, how lucky those guys are.

A masterpiece. Tito Puente would be overjoyed with this stupendously infectious interpretation of his cha-cha standard. Aimee's singing, scat and enunciation are perfectly pitched. The way it then drifts into Dan Wilson's laid back solo which really builds and then hits the mark - wow. So much Benson and Martino channeled in there! And then Cohen with his afro-cuban beat solo. All the band members are all so darn responsive to each other. Can't watch this enough!

I just discovered these videos, and everyone is deservedly praising the music, And it's true, not enough can be said about that. But I'd also like to point out the excellent camera work and editing. If I were to try to do this sort of thing myself, I would probably set up one camera on a tripod, and it would look awful. But these videos both sound great and look great. Talent all around.

All the improvisation is so on point. Not overdone at all. It just flows. Reminds me of the second part of The Rolling Stones Can't You Hear me Knocking, where the musicians just decided to keep grooving.
