Thank you very much Sir. I was looking for an inexpensive used laptop considering old MacBooks but it's a no brainer,. This Dell is amazing, for $200 I found one on eBay, for that money I would have gotten a 10 year old Mac with way less features
TheLuismondo i’m considering buying one too for editing videos and pictures with photoshop and premiere pro. Do you think this is a good computer for that?
Joefrenne S the one I got for $200, got an i7 3.4ghz 8gb ram upgradable to 16, 250gb ssd and 4 years old in a pretty good shape, it boots up in about 5 seconds and performs pretty fast, I’m not expert but in my opinion these spect should do just fine editing video, even better upgrading it to 16gb of ram.
Picked up one today - 1080p IPS non-touch, i5 6300U, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD. It can smash a new laptop 3x its price. Love the backlit keyboard & HDMI is awesome for plugging into a big screen for movies. Not recommended for gaming, on par with a Geforce 710
Thanks for the comment, Dell refurb laptops can be found for amazing prices and I agree their business machines if treated well will last a very long time given your needs are fairly simple.
I am buying a used laptop of this model at half price. battery life and performance is pretty good.. it's been used by a company for around 3 yrs.. is it worth buying?
nice review mate. I've got same laptop but having issues with the fingerprint and 4G LTE module on windows 10. I'll be glad if u could give me some tips.
@@MARIO-gi7zv The 1080p touchscreen is extremely vibrant and razor sharp. I like the form factor, as it reminds me of the old 10.1" netbooks from back in the day.. super-portable. Considering it's an ultrabook, for the size I think it's plenty fast and capable. I regularly use it for older, less demanding PC games (Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, DOOM 3 Edition, StarCraft II, indie titles, etc), also PSP and Dreamcast emulation, it never misses a beat. As for working/productivity, it really depends on what kind of work you're doing. I've used it for some basic 1080p video editing in Premiere Pro and Word/Office stuff and I think it's great.
I came on here to see if this was a touch screen.. as Amazon was selling the same eact model and stating it was a touch screen. I bought it, thinking I was going to get a touch screen, turns out its not that I thought maybe it was defective or something only to find out it was NEVER a touch screen in the first place.... Over all it is a pretty nice laptop gets the job done..But why the false advertising?.. only to the jack up the price to 600+ for one that's been reurshed (I bought it also at 500but then it went up, still says touch screen on it)
Emma Layla Well I would say it would be medium. But smaller than bigger. If you got a dell ultra book it would be a lot bigger. But it’s expensive. The screen the for latitude is not small but not big. You get what I mean? But overall good laptop I definitely recommend it! Thanks for asking!
Does your hinge make clicking sounds when you open or close the lid. And does your lid wobble back and forth when you push the it slightly back and forth?
Like pretty much all laptops, the cpu is not replaceable... that's how they make 'em so thin. For the E7270, look for the i7 version, and avoid the touchscreen model.

Hello Sir, Can you reply me Is DELL E7270 good for engineering students. My father and I want to gift this Laptop to my sister. I'm getting this laptop for 27,000 Rupees [ $345] with new battery, with charger, with wireless mouse and Bag. That is Renewed Laptop. My father is going to buy this tomorrow. Please reply me fast.
It's an old laptop but if it has a new battery then that is good as the battery life can be expected at 4 - 5 hours depending on usage. Just make sure it has 8MB of RAM or more for an engineering student that might need to use CAD design software programs. The durability and portability is great, so it will be a good fit as a student laptop. Good luck!
Not the best review as your camera kept going in and out of focus and you had your hands in the way of the laptop a lot as you were moving it around and showing the shape and size. Better than no review at all though so thanks for that. Looks like it'll be a decent work laptop and I like the professional understated look without looking like a clunky piece of junk like many other work laptops.
It's a budget oriented business laptop so they weren't looking for design accolades. Still, it'd be nice if they could reduce the footprint size and bezel thickness, I agree!
