My sister who always ate healthy, had certain vitamins, exercise regularly did crosswords puzzles of all sorts loved quizzes of all sorts & always said to me if you don't use it you will loose it.
    It's a known fact
Three years ago my sister was diagnosed with Dementia.
So the morale of the story is if you use your brain you still loose it☹️

@@jessie3206 I usually dislike spelling police .As long as we understand that person w/ misspellings ,or typos ,not necessary to point it out . But ,having wisdoms is a blessing ! And good education is a plus in life ! When somebody pointing out the write words ,or spellings,or etiquette in a good behavior ( not being rude or very insulting ) people should appreciate it rather than being mad ,despite of the one's medical conditions ,or personal issues you might have as others don't know you/ your life ! And this is a public social media / commentary section where people come to leave their opinions & informations. Taking way too personally ,or yelling at the person w/ rudeness or insult doesn't do you any good ,neither make you look good .Especially the person didn't use any bad words ,or rude behavior towards you !

First of all even probiotics is good for your gut if you don’t use the right one not the one made in lab . Must be all natural ingredients, the price over 100 bucks. Keffier is made from pasteurized milk. No points of that ? But eating healthy hormone free and antibiotic free bone broth is best for your gut . I always makes it at home and keep it in fridge or freezer. Liquid vitamins always can absorb your body easy . But buy it from health store to make sure you are getting the good quality. Always stay a way process food and white sugar and white flour . Eating healthy keep you from those doctors ,to give you free drugs because their part of arrangements with drug companies. Take care of yourself as no one cares 🤗🤗
