    As a health coach i used to think what you are eating and how often sounds great. But now I have learned so much and it is all about what we put in our bodies and how often. All the sugars and carbs your are eating are so high and your protein is so low so your body is holding onto everything. Would love to help you. 🥰

    Kylie, I started drinking lemon and hot water before eating anything in the morning, and adding cinnamon on top of every coffee. Just for better health, but what actually happened was that I lost that stubborn cellulite, gone, poof! (Had given up on trying to, thinking it's impossible to get rid if it) Worth giving it a go 🍋☕️

    Marc is so sweet. Taking care of you and kissing it to feel better.
    I was going to a nutritionist and had to write down everything I ate. It just so happened I was doing some training for my work which resulted in me wit 24 hours (with breaks in between). So I had to eat out all the time. Although I made good choices I was told if you eat at home, make your own food, your calorie intake would be cut dramatically. Just a FYI.

    I always say, eat whatever makes you happy! They say, we’re here for a good time not a long time! Also, don’t focus too much on your weight- it’s not good for your mental health!❤️❤️ love watching your vlogs

    I started intermittent fasting a year ago when I got arthritis in my knees and was told to stay off the treadmill. It wasn't painful enought to impede my walking. I stopped eating at 7pm and ate my brunch at 1:00pm. I did not have anything except water during that fasting time. I ate whatever I wanted during the day. I lost 3 pounds a week the first month. In the end I lost 30 pounds. Then I eased up and put a couple of pounds back on. I still fast but my cut-off time at night is not 7pm. I did do some exercise, just enough to get my calories on my smart watch to 400 burned.

    Hi Kylie! I am currently on a personal weight loss journey myself. I am a coffee fanatic! I've learned saturated fat is what are boodies do not enjoy, My choice of creamer currently is Silk (Almond milk) 0% sat fat. I enjoy it because the taste is not a drastic change in flavor, while being dairy free helps Good luck to you always!

    I’ve always struggled with my weight too. I finally got rid of my scale and just go by how my clothes fit. It’s really freeing🙌🏻 When I go to the doctor I can see my weight and the scale doesn’t take up any space in my house💖💖

    Your weight will fluctuate everyday. Don’t get discouraged. There’s a lot of factors for it. Drink more water. I’ve lost 14 lbs since January 2nd but I gain a lb back at least once or twice throughout the week.

    In the middle of DYI relocating the laundry room. So everything that was once in the new laundry room is all over the remaining rooms. I find it hard to maintain daily household chores, plus I know the piles of boxes have to be sorted and purged of all unwanted items before putting everything back. So I secretly enjoy any delay while still lamenting how I can't get anything done. (We moved the laundry room from the basement to a spare room upstairs that shared a wall with the bathroom, so the pipes were right there. Didn't exactly DIY because we hired an electrician and plumber to install necessary hook-ups.)

    I could relate to your struggles in this video. It's so frustrating when you are trying to eat healthy and the weight just doesn't want to come off. When I saw the clip at the end, I thought of the time I almost cut my finger off with the hedge clippers. My husband watches me carefully now.

    As a functional medicine nurse (and personally experienced), intermittent fasting is great! And keto will bring this over the top for you using complex carbs from veggies, fruit. Think Whole Foods! I battle weight too. With this, no snacking as it messes with insulin and your liver! If you carry weight in belly, then likely struggle with insulin resistence. 2 meals, I don’t eat til 11 or 12 and 2nd meal by 4 or 5. I hate counting calories, and you don’t need to either this! Also, your creamer as long as no added sugar is great. More fat and protein!! Win win!
    I’m sure you’ll get a lot of tips. Don’t ya love it?! Seriously, nothing else really works for me. I’ve just had to make the lifestyle change. More energy too!! ❤🎉

    My favorite coffee to make is using Premier Chocolate Peanut butter protein shake as my creamer. It’s delicious as a hot or iced coffee. 😎

    Hi Kylie, love your videos, I watch you and your family every morning there is a new video. I do the same with 2 meals a day however I stick to an 8 hour window for eating…. 11am to 7pm….. outside those hours I stick to water or black tea or coffee, I don’t always watch what I eat but I try to stick to no or low carbs and I am not big on exercise though adding a daily walk would be very beneficial. But sticking to this fasting diet my cholesterol has lowered, I am no longer prediabetic both of which run in my family and I’ve lost about 5kg.

    Careful on the salad dressing...most of them are around 180 calories per 2 tablespoons...and we all like a ton on our salads!...I'm 65...I've been on a diet since Jan. 1...I've lost 26 pounds...and it's been a struggle...

    I did that to my hand with a brand new knife at work one day. I was opening a bag of Mac and Cheese and the blade just barely tapped my hand, and it went through to the bone. I didn’t even feel it. I should have gotten stitches, but I closed it on my own. 😮😅
    Also, be careful with the stevia. It’s a sweetener, that CAN contribute to weight gain. You are better off using regular sugar.

    I have an nj feeding tube so don’t have to watch what I eat,lol,love to go out with friends for meals though,on a good day I can have soup otherwise I just enjoy the smell of their food xxx

    A hint too is look at where you are in your cycle, that makes weight fluctuate as well…. I only eat dinner and drink mass amounts of liquids nearly all water and low calorie drinks…. Some bedtime snacks in moderation are good too

    I am 5'10" I weigh about 160lbs. I really watch what I eat without starving myself. I only eat out (junk food). Once a month at the most, every time I eat out I think about what a waste it is because I could get two maybe 3 meals at the cost of eating out. I try to stay away from sweets as much as possible my limit is two refrigerator cookies because they are small a day. Tonight I am having a chicken breast and veggies. For a snack I eat 1 rice cake. I have eaten like this for years. I really dont even think about food to much any longer. I do eat 3 meals a day.

    It's much better to eat 5-6 small meals a day, rather than 2 large meals a day. I have Gastroparesis so I'm now on a lifetime 98% liquid diet. I 💯 get the struggle of getting everything your body needs. When I can eat solid food, I have to eat low fat, low fiber and high protein. My favorite solid food to eat is actually 🍤.

      @@TheMysticsoul77 I feel for you too! GERD is awful. Caused me to get Barrett’s esophagus. I also found out I’m allergic to eggs, dairy, gluten, pork, and beef I don’t have much options between the two! Iv been really sick with lymes disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever it’s definitely been bad on my GP

    Eat cleanly. Nothing prepackaged or pre-made. Eat lots of protein. Your body cannot tell the difference between hunger or thrist. If you have that feeling try drinking a glass of water and if it goes away it was just thrist. If it doesn't then eat something with protein. Also should be drinking half your body weight in plain water, or water with electrolytes added. If you feel you need carbs then eat apples or oranges, or berries. Berries are very low in carbs. Any type of tree nut is good. Pecans and walnuts are the best. Eat tree nuts plain or salted. Veggies are not needed, they do nothing and are actually just empty calories. You don't necessarily need to count calories. Lots of proteins like steak bacon and eggs. Check out carnivore. It will take time to get down to your ideal weight as you have to heal your body from the inside first. I have been carnivore for 4 months and have only lost 5 lbs. I have a hormone inbalance that I have to correct. You look beautiful the way you are.

    From Building and Beauty to Cuties 😍 A very nice chat and footage.
    I'm not a specialist, but the only advice for weight control and body shape, that worked for me, was: variation and moderation.
    Finding that personal balance was great. Not to come to that climax of craving, helped with moderation.
    Base your meals on ingredients of the season etc. And maybe your metabolism requires several small portions per day.
    And also, weigh yourself always at the same time.
    The best moment is first thing in the morning, after your restroom visit and before drinking or eating.
    For DIY, hobby or cooking injuries, plasterspray is an ideal aid. It's a waterproof and healing all-in product you can find in drugstores (in EU) or online.
    Keep taking good care of you, eachother and your fur babies ♡ (their room looks good)

    I am not an healthyfood/weightloss expert but 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning is way too much. I understand that you are tired and you love coffee but 1 cup is probably enough, more than that is already an addiction. So try to work on this (for your best). I dont know why you go to bed so late but try to work on going to bed earlyer, maybe try some meditation and avoid drinking coffee in afternoon.
    Maybe some little workout can help you "wake up" in the morning. Someone also recommended lemon with warm water which i think is also a good idea.
    My other advice is that you stop counting calories as not everything is in numbers. 😉 Instead try to eat more veggies, proteins, fruits, healthy fats etc. and avoid sugar, fryed food etc.
    And move your body every day... dance, walk, run or do whatever makes you feel good.
    It's just my opinion.

    Only weigh in once a week and do it on the same day & time every week. Do not weigh in daily. Just a thought. I did Weight Watchers from Jan. 2002 - Oct. 2006 and lost 197 lbs.

    My doctor told me that an apple has as much sugar in it as a candy bar. He said to eat mellows and berries. When I get hungry for an apple I just grab a snickers bar
    A summer treat I found are Sunshine Bars. I get the no sugar added fruit bars

    You are not alone with the coffee. No lie, I drink approx 12-15 cups/mugs a day. I'm in hospital now due to a false widow bite, that turned from cellulitis to sepsis. I've been here 12 weeks, and the nurses have stopped me drinking so much caffeine, but before hospital I was a landlady of a pub, and worked 7 days a week, 15-18hrs a day, it's the nature of the job. I must admit I think I had caffeine withdrawal lol, I was so tired for approx 3weeksand felt rubbish, I know sepsis didn't help, but I defo think caffeine got me hooked lol

    I think you’re doing great, and making many great choices!
    My biggest advice coming from losing over 150 pounds in the last two years, try not to weigh very often. I only weigh in at the dr office about once a month. I even got rid of my scale at home. It helps to not obsess over the scale.
    Our weight fluctuates daily, it can’t mess you up mentally. Try and concentrate on how the food is making you feel, and how your body is feeling.
    The only scale I use on the regular now, is my food scale. 😎
    Hit me up if you need any more ideas on high protein foods and tricks. I’ve got lots of good ones from my dietitian. ❤️

    Do you like veggies and dip? I blend low fat cottage cheese until smooth and then add a packet of Ranch seasoning. For on salads, I thin it down a bit with some Fairlife milk. Super high protein and it’ll keep you full. ❤️😎💪🏼
