Columbus Ohio we have Hocking hills and old man cave for hiking. Hour south we have Kings Island and three hours north we have cedar point. We also have the number one zoo and water park attached. Lots of shopping and food

If Marks parents love going to caves, they should come to KY and go to Mammouth Cave, it is the largest cave system in the world.
We would always stop on our way to Gatlinburg TN. I think it's actually called the natural rock or something along those lines.
When I was younger I went there with my mom and dad cuz I lived in Illinois but now that I've been living in Kentucky since January of 2023 I hope to go back there cuz I live in Mayfield in Glasgow ain't too far from me

What a fun and quick getaway. The caves looked amazing. Unfortunately, there are a lot of steps and I injured my knee. I would really like to go there but I would never make it 😔. I can't believe how adventurous you are with the zip lining.😅😊
I love the Black Hills. I've been going there my entire life. My family has a cabin there in the Black Hills National Forest. You are there in the off season, so things are closed or close early. You should try to go back in the summer.
Mt Rushmore park is soooooo much more developed than it was when I went the first time in 1976. Went back in about 2006? Never heard of Jewel Caves. Would love to see.

Glad you loved your trip to Mount Rushmore I was born 35 miles from it. The trails are amazing. Not telling my age however the visitors center wasn't there yet. However I have been back several times throughout my life. To experience the changes with my children and grandchildren.
That’s a fantastic place to go see. I loved the big red & white chair Mark was sitting n. He looked like a toddler. Your parents & siblings need to go there. Glad to see u spending time with Marks family. ❤❤❤❤

I visited Muir Woods several years ago, sounds like that might be near your neck of the woods (pun not intended but it works!). Those big redwoods are soooooo gorgeous and so peaceful, and I remember loving the smell. You are lucky to live near such natural wonder!

I grew up about 80 miles south of there.
My husband and I are going to finally have our honeymoon, we got married in September 2010 at Walt Disney world in Florida , we took our youngest daughter with us and so it’s our time to take the honeymoon , we have been together for 32 years and all of our children have grown up now it’s our turn to vacation with out them , we. Are doing 8 different states in September starting in Charlotte North Carolina and travelling around the Deep South, can not wait. , we’ve been to mount Rushmore a couple of times and it was amazing.

Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico is Amazing! If you ever go make sure to be there to see the bats leave the caverns, it’s really crazy!

One place I always have to stop to see when I am there
I live in Nebraska so I've been to Mt. Rushmore. Another cool thing to do there that I don't think is too far away is Custer State Park. They have Buffalo and elk and lots of other animals that just live there. Just in case you go back. I remember going to a dinosaur dig place too that gave tours. I don't remember the city it was in though
We are driving from NE Illinois to Canada. Niagara Falls is a bucket list item so we are going to spend a few days in Toronto and then a day full of Niagara Falls.

I always am so intrigued as to how many people in the US love travelling only in the US. I’m an Aussie. We only have 6 states. Australia is an incredible country but so many of us like to do international travel. Even as an American (stayed there for very extended periods of time) I’d get the itch to travel overseas. Vlog looked heaps fun by the way. I’m so glad you guys enjoyed yourselves. :))

That's amazing I been to parts of South Dakota it was beautiful. You have to check out the Maquoketa caves in iowa they are beautiful and I would enjoy meeting you also.
Christmas time do the Riverwalk in San Antonio. There’s also also the Alamo there that you can visit. You can take a ride in a flat boat on the canal in the Riverwalk. There’s just so much to do. I say Christmas time because everything is all lit up along the Riverwalk. Anyway, I really enjoyed your trip to Mount Rushmore as I have been there. It’s also a great place to camp.

Mammoth caves in Kentucky should be a stop for you.
We just did Mt Rushmore during spring break but missed Jewel cave, tried to do wind cave but missed the tour.
We are going to Mount Rushmore in July. Now we know what to do when we get there.
You sure packed a lot in, in such a short amount of time. Looks very historic and fun. I am excited to go on an Alaskan Cruise this summer. I was told it is breathtaking.

Mark bring Kylie to Michigan. Hit northern Michigan it’s beautiful. Right now the weather is perfect wait . Even better in January skiing. Just a weekend of camping , fishing , walking site seeing . Mackinaw. Mackinaw island you will not see a car it’s all bicycling , horse or walk . It’s pretty and quiet . I think Kylie would love it . Research it . No place better in Michigan then mackinaw

Great trip by the looks of it...well a birthday suggestion for Mark to Kylie lol..humpback whale watching between June n October and in the mornings they are more active, these are the best times to see humpback whales in Queensland, Australia n Hervey Bay is one of the best places to see them...I come from further up North near Cairns Far North Queensland..heaps to do and see up Cairns n Tablelands, Great Barrier Reef n heaps of beautiful waterfalls n rainforest..lol maybe too far away for you. But breathtaking 😊

How fun! Was at Mt. Rushmore last mid September and it started to rain and everyone bailed!!! I was the only one wandering around…grabbed me an ice cream and walked around with the place all to myself. It literally stopped raining with in 20 minutes. I took a photo of where the flags were and there weren’t any people in the picture. The hike was so worth it too! Marks parents sound like a lot of fun!! Thanks for sharing your mini-vaca. 😊
Go to Alaska. I have been 8 times covered most of the state literally from top to bottom except the Aleutian islands. I know most of the neat places to go. Let me know and I will be glad to help.

If you really want to go caving you should try the Mammoth Caves here in Kentucky they are in Glasgow a long long time ago before I moved out here before my parents passed away be my mom and my dad on spring break that I had from college and my mom had some school we went to the Mammoth Caves and they were really really cool my dad didn't go in because he was claustrophobic but me and my mom took the tour bus down to one of the caves and took a tour and it was really really cool the other side of caves that I went to were the Crystal Caves in Branson Missouri at Silver Dollar City and you pay to get in the Silver Dollar City which includes the caves so me and my brother a long long long long long long long long long long time ago before he even got married this was so maybe 20 years ago and we took our last family vacation together with the four of us and and we went in the caves me and my brother and it was awesome we even got our picture taken and me and my brother split the cost of the picture fee
