Vidas [Game Dev] it’s the first thing cju does in his let’s plays; checks to see if there’s a toilet and if he can interact with it 😅 it’s become kind of a running joke on his channel lol.
@@katykipling I've been watching CJU's videos for a while now and now that you said it I feel like I truly failed my objective as a game dev by not including a toilet hahaha

It’s actually not a bad concept for a game now that I’m thinking about it, getting locked in a public bathroom somewhere would be creepy as hell.

That time of the year when award season fever is at an all-time high and everyone just wants to win a SAG or an Oscar. Also, this looks like a race to see who the best film critic is.
I think the scariest part of this is thinking about how when you look at yourself you are looking back at yourself....or maybe the person in the mirror is actually looking at you.
Ugh, NO! Please, no. CJU is finally someone who doesn't do lazy-ass streams where they just sit around, half-assing the game bc they are looking at the chat and grab like 5$ donations every 5mins for all that "effort". Streamers are getting so lazy, taking donations for the dumbest things. "Finance my 234545th tattoo!!", yeah, sure. I see so many youtubers I liked focusing on streaming nowadays, because it's low effort, no editing and nothing, but oh, more sweet money. I also think streaming is a huge step back. Yt is available whenever I want it to be. I can pause and not miss anything. But streaming? I can't dedicate several hours of a day just sitting around, trying to get noticed in the chat, and if I leave for 5mins I missed those. (Replay kinda defeats the purpose of a LIVEstream)
I dunno... I at first thought "yes, YES!" because y'know, more CJU, which always seems like a good thing. But Cyan Walker has a good point, too. I think it would depend on 1) whether CJU was himself on board with it (an unenthusiastic Chris would be like doom) and 2) what the game(s) was/were. On second thought, maybe not. After all, it's not that much different than leaving the facecam in the whole video, and I don't think we would so much want that, so why would we want an entire long session with even more distraction from this channel's charm-- both a full session facecam *_and_* a chat window. Maybe for special occasions, if Chris is willing. But in general, I like the laid-back nature of the channel as it is and streaming seems lately to be the very antithesis of "laid-back".
@@_Obey_ Not at all suggesting being a streamer. I agree on your point of view. Could however be a fun event, maybe even for CJU to get live feedbacks. I have seen numerous games, where I've screamed at the sceen for him to do this or that (with a smile on my face), and it could be fun to do this "live". Thats all :-)
I vote for trying piracy, myself. Seems less stressful. I did like the movies, though I couldn't really tell if they actually gave you clues/hints on how to get some hypothetical "good" ending or just represented an overflow of creativity. I also liked the mannequin (what you called the model). So beautiful, and sooooo spooky with that creaky wood sound effect. I also should give props for the deft avoidance of traditional jumpscares, which I really appreciated. A well-put together game, but I feel like it missed the thrust of the creepypasta a bit, since that seemed to have more of a "haunted ever after" vibe than a "eternally trapped by accursed doom" one, but whatever. :-) A solid piece of work, imo, and even a bit memorable, so well done, devs!
Thought it looked quite good actually, also two questions what is the little orange plaque under the picture when it shows you as im wondering what it is and have ever heard or played a game called galerians on ps1? (it's quite old now)
I like that game, wonderful weird and strange. I got goosebumps from the sound a few times - the effects are very well done! The Rebirth Ticket...does that mean we can't be reborne because we can't escape the theater? Or is it exactly the odd: we can't escape the theater so we will be reborn after the final movie? I don't know the original creepypasta but is there a deeper meaning of the number of the movies? They were seven and this is the fateful number? I don't know, maybe I'm just overthinking. ^^ Really a very nice game. :)
It's... a little odd for a Vidas game. And that's saying a lot. The original story to this was... much better than this. It was short and sweet. I think it really should have stopped at the final ticket.
