When I first got my Scan n Cut, I had no idea I needed transfer tape as well, so I didn’t have any and I live 100km fro. The nearest supply. Luckily, I had some Press n Seal on hand that I had bought for crafting. I do have transfer tape as well now, but yay for the Press n Seal! The tragic (yes it’s tragic!) thing is, I live in Australia and we can’t just buy PnS in the supermarket. I had to order it online from a special supplier who imports products from the US. So it wasn’t so cheap for me. Fun fact: Press n Seal was invented by Jennifer McGuire’s husband, working for Glad!
I have used press n seal. It worked great. The biggest kinda pain is cutting off a piece without it sticking to itself. Lol I always have it on hand..Love when other products can be used for your craft and not just what they are meant for. I have used it when making a card and the design I'm doing that has a lot of detail, used press n seal to hold design together, flip it,put glue on it and carefully apply to card base. Have a great day. And Happy Easter.
Hope we can get this in Australia, I used sticky tape one time out of desperation and it worked, but you bave to be desperate to use it. Thanks for sharing this with us 😊
Hi, I liked your craft hacks video. can we use press and seal to transfer the design on dry fit shirt? Like you did on glad surface. Please let me know thanks again for budget friendly video.
Hi! You should be able to - though it may be tricky with the soft surface of the shirt. Shouldn't bee too different from using the expensive transfer tape. Though if you're using the iron-on stuff, be sure the press-n-seal is completely removed before using the heated surface.
Sorry to be so off topic but does any of you know of a method to log back into an instagram account? I somehow forgot my login password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me
@Aiden Taylor I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm trying it out atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.

I use the clear contact paper. I always find that stuff at the thrift store for under $1
Thank you for the demo

@Aiden Taylor It worked and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thanks so much, you saved my ass !
That Press n Seal is now more than $7 ! Still cheaper than transfer tape.
Is there a 24" press n seal?
WOW 🤩
Clear shelf liner from dollar tree works ok - not great but well
Is this reusable like the transfer tape is?
