Not only is the boat fantastic but this owner is meticulous with everything! He’s the kind of person you want to by something from , he upgrades everything and knows all about this boat and systems, some owns just leave it to others he doesn’t, I like this Couple there both mind full of everything.

Wow! This is the best presentation I've ever seen. This guy knows so much, it makes me aware of just how little I know. He's really a hands-on owner. This boat is really something. It's a lot more boat than I would ever be able to take on, but very nice. I'm waiting to see what the selling price is, just out of curiosity really. I'm just so impressed with the knowledge of this guy.

Hi there, the owners will sail back to Fiji in May, once the cyclone season is over. Fiji has a grea market and is easily accessed with direct flights from the US, Canada, HK, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia , NZ. The price is negotiable.

good point, although, that apartment you talking about has same view day in day out... that's beauty of having a sail boat.... overpriced? i guess there's room for discusion, but all creature comforts on this boat might well prove the point of it's price tag. personaly i wouldn't splash that money for it (simply couse i haven't got it) but if able to, i would probably end up being drawn to...
Malō is yet another Swedish build quality boat and none of those are cheap, not old but well maintained either, and this clearly. Alubat Ovni is a favorite boat of mine, and considering what those boats are, entirety low maintenance and high quality marine grade aluminum boats, they are priced very aggressive. However, the price you mentions is a barebone base price and you on top of that easily got to expect to spend another 100k installing all the comforts needed for cruising, as for instance a full sails suit and water maker and so fort. Do you still think this boat seem expensive? Anyway, someone, who loves the beautiful craftsmanship, that Swedish boat builders are famed for, probably would not even consider an Alubat. Those boats are very minimalistic and utilitarian. I happens to like that about Alubat though
