I would say not, if you have the paddle antennas. If you have the standard "spike" antennas on the 4500, then they would be the same. The NEXR5GO DOES offer 5GHz WiFi as well as 2.4Ghz, unlike the MOFI4500 which only has 2.4GHZ WiFi.
