The fact that villains and the heroes constantly crashing into people's houses and they still decide to live there is impressive, true dedication to the citizens for them lasting through that.
I would check for housing near outskirts of the city, it's usually interiors of cities being destroyed, but yeah, definitely for that nice looking of a place for only $18 a month, I would definitely check for housing there. Lol
