2.5” in and 2.5” out Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers. Engine is a small block 350 with a mild cam, long tube headers and straight pipes that exit before the rear bumper
I would love to have a Chevy in that body style. Beautiful truck. I have a 03 Silverado 4.8 with long tubes, cat delete y pipe, and a single dynomax 3” in dual 2-1/2” out. Sounds like a race car!! I have a 6.0 swapped Monte with flow masters but I want to put these dynomax turbos on it
Thanks for posting this video. I've got a pair of 16" Dynomax Super Turbos (17629) that I'm getting ready to install on my GTO. I wanted something that wasn't obnoxiously loud, but I was concerned they might be too quiet. Sounds like they have a good volume level on your Chevy, so that's reassuring.
wow those reviews online are crazy, they said these were like second place i think for being quiet,i think their loud, they sound mean as hell, but yea im trying to quieten mine down,as long as its cammed though haha, theres a silverado on here with a magnaflow 22 or 18 inch with a vibrant resonator and its the quietest ive heard and its cammed too.thanks man, nice truck
These are definitely loud, but to me they sound more…full? They give the engine a deeper tone than say flowmasters. If you are going for quite I’d say go with a 2” instead of 2.5” and a longer muffler for sure
Wanted to watch this to hear the noise thinking of getting it for my 1999 Chevy k2500 with a 350 small block do you know how many decibel’s it is by chance or someone else in the comments.
Sounds great. Quick question - what would reduce the overall volume of the exhaust more? A catalytic converter or if you added a resonator to each pipe?
Yeah I didn’t know a better way to describe the sound of flowmasters. It’s not bad by any means, I’ve always ran them. But I wanted a smoother sound. Less poppy? I guess
Well nice video and nice shop but please do me a favor and hang the American flag correctly just remember Stars before Bars as you are looking at it. But great job on the video thanks
Not really. This was inside the building. They aren't even broken in yet. Wait until you've put a few thousand miles on them. Then they will get louder.
I have dual 2.5 super turbos behind my 406 and I honestly love them. Pretty quiet rumble imo. I plan to run them again on my 6.0

She is a beauty. Reminds me of my dads truck in high school love these old chevys
I use the same mufflers on my El Camino. Fantastic sound without the drone of the Flowmasters.
That's a nice looking old C 10. Always been a fan of those especially in 4 wheel drive!!!!!!!
That cam us NO little thing! Those Dyno ST's are the best for flow and sound, especially for the price!
It sounds really good 👍🏻 beautiful pickup
Sounds great. Thanks for sharing. By the way, your American flag should have the field of stars to the left when hanging in a vertical manner.
That truck is beautiful
Nice I just got one for $5 new with box from my local scrap yard

@@Marcus_Leandro does this version have glass mat do you know?
@@m.b.82 yes i believe so
Turbo mufflers is the way to go, 💯👍👍
Ever considered adding an H pipe?
I'm about to install one of these in a 3.3L Toyota Highlander.
Love the mufflers. Also love the Azores flag in the background
Sounds way better than flowmasters. Would probably sound even better with short glass packs in front of them.
Such a sweet ride man
What a clean truck ❤
Sounds great! Flag is backwards on your wall just so you know.
Sounds great

Hmmm…I’d imagine having a resonator and a muffler on each pipe would quiet down the exhaust pretty successfully
Trucks a beast man
Sounds pretty awesome, I love flowmasters at idle or with old 5.0 mustangs but other than that the "tinny"? sound is terrible .

@@Marcus_Leandro The turbos have a deeper bass rumble to them. The flowmasters sound rather thin and hollow in comparison.
@@Marcus_Leandro Raspy. Flowmasters are described as raspy. It's a high frequency sound.
Thanks! Sounds great 👍🏻
Fine looking truck, sounds NICE!!! I’ve had 3, 67 to 72 C 10 Chevrolets. 2 WD no 4 WD. What about the Gray project in the left corner? 👍 NICE WORL
Yeah man!
Sounds perfect
How are they going down the highway?
You will hear engine noise more than exhaust noise, at least i do
What long tubes are you running?
Hedman headers 69230

Shoul have driven >t
Better than tlowmasters but next time Shut ip so we can enjoy the rumble
Too loud

To much cam!
