SUNNY JAPAN RADIO SX-100

I received this nearly a decade back, in boxed NOS condition. This radio should be somewhat popular during 90's period, especially many students carried it for listening news etc. Capable of receiving local stations and no dx. Incorporates a simple twin diode reflex circuit with RFC and a DC amplifier having dc going thru spkr. A major flaw with these radios is that it makes so much crackling noise thru both spkr(because of dc thru) and intermittent volume control(dc thru). DC audio amp appears not very well optimized and have noticeable distortion during high level outputs. It was available in 3 colors RED, BLACK AND WHITE. All Japanese S90XX transistors
