I don't think he delude himself. The timeline and hints of the story especially in season 1 indicate that Rollo was also fucking Lagertha at the same time she became pregnant. Probably none of the 3 characters have a way of knowing, there is a realistic possibility and that's why even Lagertha doesn't deny it as much as you commenters do for example. But I don't think Rollo was delusional to think it, it's not like he knew Odin came to Bjorn. And at least to me the whole resembles Ragnar thing isn't true in my eyes, he looks like a guy with Rollo Lagertha genes raised by Ragnar but that's just me. I see a lot of Rollo especially in the bear theme and the way he fights. Anyway the best evidence for the answer is the Odin scene, unless Odin goes by step-fathers or didn't want to say anything. Bjorn's beautiful here, as a character, he really shows true masculinity with his emotions around this time where he is finally mature. Not perfect but a great great man.

I haven’t watched this but from all the videos and shorts and comment reading I did. I believe bjorn is Ragnar’s son but there are also small resemblance of rollo in him as well, but Odin also visited all of Ragnar’s sons so I think that explains it
