- Chocolate chip blondies recipe:
100g salted butter, browned and cooled
175g brown sugar
1 eggs + 1 egg yolk, room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract
125g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
150g chocolate chips
Bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
