woah, i just uploaded a what’s in my bag video today as well! teacher minds think alike 😅 i love the travel bag idea, it would definitely come in handy!!
New sub I just started my degree with WGU & I’m nervous but so excited. Your videos will be so helpful & ease my mind as I start this journey. Any things you’d recommend me to buy for my classes?
I hope to make a video soon! It’s been a while, but at this point I’m teaching middle school special education and I went through the WGU Masters program and completed my masters in curriculum and instruction!
I had my Associate’s degree and that brought over 30-something credits (10 courses) but I was able to do the remaining classes (91 credits) in about 4 months! The methods classes were by far the easiest. Student teaching took another 4 months and I had to take a term break before that so it took about a year. :)
Your videos are amazing and extremely helpful!
Thank you! :D

Sorry for the late response! It was helpful for me to have a printer, a notebook, a planner, and a study space! Good luck! ❤️
Seems like a lot of extra stuff. I'm starting January 1st. I guess it seems extra to me because I'm going to be an older male teacher.
Unfortunately, it was not a lot of extra stuff for me at the time. Now that I’m teaching, I don’t need nearly as much!
Do you have any updates? I am starting Student teaching as a WGU student in August!

Hey currently in the sped program and was wandering how long it took you to finish all your courses especially the degree based courses

How long you think it will take to finish the dual degree? Looking into that program.
I had my associates and it took about a year including student teaching!
Hello, I am looking into WGU and I have many questions. Is there a way we could talk other then in the comments here?
Sure! Send me an email. klspencer0133@gmail.com
What brand is the planner?
The planner in this video was just a random one from Walmart. I now use a happy planner and I love it!
