    Why do football players start with their one arm straight down and the other arm behind their back compare to track runners that use a start with both arms straight down? is this due to a track and field rule......

    • @yenice3652
      @yenice3652 6 лет назад +5

      Xen this. And it's a rule in track if you're not doing a standing start

    • @timhill6
      @timhill6 7 лет назад +22

      Chubby Charles stand an fall forward, which ever leg catches you should be your power leg which is the leg that needs to be back

  • @chrisehhernandez7440
    @chrisehhernandez7440 5 лет назад +12

    Your back feet toes should be closer to your other feet’s heel.
