    Another good rewind tip, if you attach wood to an arrow (or any object that isn't destroyed on impact). After firing it and waiting for it to land you can attach a platform to it with ultrahand then recall the arrow to fly where it came from. Use this to get very high quickly or travel back over a big jump/drop easily

    • @Lyra_dragonal
      @Lyra_dragonal Год назад +6

      It either works by firing arrow upwards with meat attached for example, when it lands we can recall it to aund it back into the air. We can't stand on meat, so we put a platform on top then recall the meat (quickly from the side before jumping on top) this then sends the platform up to the max hight if the arrow, then if we let it go further, it goes back to where we fired arrow from. Usually you want to jump of at the highest point.
      Or if we fire the arrow horizontally we can only use the trick to go back to where the arrow came from. But this can be useful if there is a single thing we want to see that is a far distance, and then want to continue from where we originally stood.

    • @phattjohnson

  • @LittleRedKuma

    One thing I learnt was to get extra height out of a hot air balloon. Set it of and wait for it to go as high as possible, then when it falls back down, wait till you've recharged, stand on it and recall it, it will then go back up and at it's peak cancel out and activate it again. I had been neglecting the recall up to that point, didn't find it that useful. But now I'm thinking about other ways to use it.

  • @chiliboy06
    @chiliboy06 Год назад +21

    Another thing I've noticed is that if you fuse two weapons together, when the enhanced weapon runs out of durability, only the weapon on the end breaks, leaving you with the original weapon. I think that's a really nice touch.
    You can also fuse rocks and boulders to shields and parry to break ores and cracked rocks.

    • @SeraphsWitness
      @SeraphsWitness Год назад

      Yea right? I thought that was a weird choice. lol

    • @Braillionaire
      @Braillionaire Год назад +12

      True. The implications here are crazy though. lol For instance, I was in Eldin, standing under a rail in a valley. I took a rock, rose it up, and then used Ascened to get to the top of the rock, because the Rock was too small for me to stand on as it rose without sliding off. Then I use Ultra hand to pick a slab up off of the ground, and lifted it above me before the original Rock fell. Then I could use Recall again to take the slab to the original height, then Ascend again to climb even higher and reach the rail. There are definitely times where you can make things more complicated (or cooler in some cases lol) than they need to be, but doing the impractical, sometimes helps you figure out how to do the seemingly impossible.

    for #10, instead of iceblock, you can fuse a minecart to your shield, effectively creating a skateborard

    The fusing the ruby to your weapon part and then lighting it with fire and then chucking it and then it exploding made me laugh! It just seems so random that it would explode lol

    Hah, the one with ascending through the entire pole is genius! This game is truly open world, the most I've ever played! Being an old Sony customer, I'm pretty happy with getting on board with this...and I'm glad I didn't start out with Breath of The Wild, this one has it all for me.

    The suggestion for Nintendo to allow us to manually favorite items and give Favorites a Sort option is absolutely perfect. Please Nintendo this would be a huge QoL improvement

    There really needs to be a sandbox mode for people to just go nuts. I bet the devs are having such a good time seeing what the community is coming up with. Coolest game mechanic I've seen in a long time.

    Well, you can play it the way you did BotW or you can make it easier by creating an airplane or tank haha

    So the problem with this game is that the sense of discovery is a bit too overwhelming without some sort of guide to tell you everything that is possible except I feel this is a case where looking up guides for everything you can do defeats the purpose of the discovery despite the fact that the discovery can be quite frustrating as well took me over half an hour that should have taken me 5 min to figure out lol

    I think we have a different concept of the word "spoiler." These tips are definitely puzzle spoilers in terms of figuring out inventive ways to use the game physics to solve problems.

    I'll never understand people who call themselves gamers and don't like Zelda. I felt this way before BoTW and now Tears. Even moreso now. How anybody can play these masterpieces for more than an hour and not fall completely in love causes me to believe you may need therapy.
    Thank god for Shigeru Miyamoto.

    At first I wasn’t so sure about totk. I was on the fence thinking botw was a lot better but NOW that’s I’ve really got into it , it truly is a masterpiece. Nintendo won’t top this so enjoy your first play through everyone. It only happens once.
