Dry firing doesn't hurt the rifle.
22 in general isn’t great to dry fire. Ruger’s manuals say it doesn’t matter, but the firing pin is still impacting the barrel.
It can after time.
Edit. Dry firing does not hurt the rifle at a faster rate that firing with a round in the chamber.

Browning or not for the price of $600 it is not worth it. It would have to be custom fitted to the buyer. Should already have a great set of optics ect. But as long as people pay that kind of price. We will only see increases in prices.
