I think what I really love about Logias is how overpowered they are in the first half of the Grandline. I love the fact that you need Haki to counter them but what I always found so fascinating is how Oda enabled "hard counters" to work as well against them like how you mentioned Liquid against Crocodile. This made the fight against Crocodile and Enel just so entertaining to me^^

The thing about luffy is that he thinks outside the box compare to most users, so if he had other devil fruit powers he could would have expanded it beyond its usual capabilities.

If Luffy ate another fruit it would not blow him up cause of his rubber like nature. He would just be temporarily inflated cause cuz of the explosion and go back to normal, allowing the two devils co-exist in Luffys rubber body.

Ice is definitely the most useful and fitting one for Luffy. He could make ice barriers or trap Smoker with heavily layered ice, and then escape. But Ace in Alabasta would go up against Smoker with Gomu Gomu. I’m wondering how that’ll go. Also, Light could not Absorb Lightning. Enel would have to destroy Luffy, unless he realized his attacks don’t work on him, and escape with the ice fruit but also Katakuri would defeat Luffy because snakeman is probably the only one could defeat him as his future sight is unlimited. Also, if Luffy with the ice fruit, the rarest logia, he cracks down and forms again due to him being ice. Blackbeard would most likely beat luffy again. If Luffy fought Akainu with the ice fruit, he might just get a better chance of escaping. Aokiji only lost to plot, and " getting a little wild " Ice is a natural enemy to magma, and magma slides off ice and evaporates into gas and cools down. So I think, if One Piece’s devil fruits would make sense, Luffy might’ve escaped Akainu with Ace successfully. BUT- again, if that’s true, which is probably not because Oda wants Akainu to be the strongest marine for Luffys final fight, Light Fruit could make nuclear reactions with its light beams. This is why devil fruits are a little confusing. If it was realistic, Kizaru would easily be in Kongs position, and Aokiji would be in Akainus.

I'd love to see an analysis of the max power of fruits that have a lot of potential, but the users don't have the drive to get them to that level of power. The few that come to mind for me are Buggy, Foxy, Caribou, and Pica.
also bellamy, as his fruit gives him gears 4's main ability in his base, so with busoshoku haki he would be incredibly op.
And caribou's logia literally gives one of the abilities of the most powerful logia.

If I remember correctly, in the fight between jinbei and who's who, he used haki on his body and emphasized "iron body" which was a part of the six powers, implying that it was possible due to the usage of armament haki, and we all know that most if not all the cp9 agents at that time have mastered the six powers, it's safe to assume that they at least knew how to use haki before the time skip, though idk if they can actually utilize it as an offensive skill since iron body is a defensive skill
It literally got confirmed recently, that at least parts of the rokushiki is actually haki, so yeah, cp9 deffo know some haki

I stand by saying with any fruit Luffy would be extremely creative and still name his moves after quick hitting weapons like pistols.
I think there is going to be a small timeskip. After Saturn defeats Gear 5th. There is probably a need for the One Piece world to adjust the influence of Kaido and for the Revolutionary army to be focused more on. The Revolutionary army could have 5 people that can not be damaged no matter what but can only function as long as they are close to the sea and they are not on an island that has a base made entirely from a tree or a giant creature. They probably have people with the ability to make places vanish from an opponent for 2 hours to 2 days anyway so that won't be a hard fit.
we are already in the final stretch and all kinds of shit are happening, another ts would make sense but its simply not possible right now.

Also, here's a suggestion for a video. Do the same thing that you're doing now but how about instead you gave him the weakest fruit aside from Chopper's DF cause that's just a nothing burger. It would be so much interesting seeing Luffy use other weak DFs rather than strong ones cause that actually pushes his creativity and what makes his character so interesting. It's so cool to see what he can do with a wax-wax fruit or bara bara fruit or chomp chomp fruit.
If Luffy took on Katakuri with ease, he would not be able to develop his haki as far and could not have used advanced observation to see into the future.

i liked the fact that the fruit BECAME more powerful, not it being ALREADY powerful from the beginning.
the first time luffy uses his devil, he can't barely even control where the stretchiness would go, which ending up making him seems more like a joke than anything. as he gets older and trains with it more, the fruits is now actually useable in a combat scenario, which is where we started off at when One Piece started (at least in the anime), and then now when he's fighting kaido, the fruit awakens and luffy can seemingly bend reality to his will just by imagining his surrounding as rubber. you can see this display of power when luffy literally pulls up the ground and deflected a Boro Breath, the same attack that can vaporize mountains.
Luffy isn’t bending reality by imagining his surroundings as rubber. His ability is still just rubber and his awakening allows the environment to become rubber too.
I still have no idea why everyone thinks the goressie saying ‘he’s only limited by his imagination’ is interested as him being some kind of omnipotent god.

I think it would be the same but just a lil different a ice luffy would be a little lazy, magma luffy would be slightly more angry like when he gets angry it's over, wood luffy iam not sure , gravity luffy more calm , and light luffy more comedy

DF had always tied to people's personality cause on a meta level Oda purposely want that DF to reflect the characters' theme/personality. That's why it's hard to imagine other users using others' DF. Cause how much their power tied heavily to their characteristic. That said, within the narrative itself, only Zoan can have their personality reflected on the user. And not even all Zoan, only Awakened Zoan will have their personality influenced by the DF. Logia or Paramecia were never really influenced by the fruit. In fact Kuzan used to not be as lazy nor chilled as he is now. In the past, he's shown to be very enthusiastic and a Garp's fanboy. It's only over time he became lazy. Point being, Luffy's personality won't be influenced by those fruits. And it was a myth that his personality had always been influenced by his DF. Luffy had always been Luffy even before eating the DF. It was only in his awaken form that his DF was actually confirmed to influenced his personality.
I think it's more a case of the fruit itself chose their user based on their personality, rather than the other way around where the it influenced their personality.

That’s not how his power works. He can’t literally turn imagination into reality. His abilities are still just rubber. Red hawk could just be an affect of the fact that he’s sun god and has flaming hair, could be part lunarian or some people even believe that his fist ignites due to the haki’s friction friction against the air but also we’ve seen a bunch of one piece character who can just create fire for basically no reason like even katakuri did it.

Ironically it seems that logia, while seemingly overpowered at the start of the manga, may in fact be the weakest class of fruits when you’re talking about high level fights. When all you really need to fight a logia user is basic armament haki you kinda lose the whole intangible advantage in fights that matter (since basically everyone in the new world can use armament haki)
Basically every top tier logia can too. The ones we encountered that can't are irrelevant scrubs like caribou

Luffy is smart and innovative when using his powers. Look at all the different techniques he has with his rubber powers. So I feel like he should be able to do crazy things with that gravity power.
Forest fruit will still be useful against Crocodile because he can turn himself into a catcus , a plant with a lot of moisture that can resist extreme heat and drought that naturally lives in the desert + after he makes Croc wet the spikes will do the job just fine . I also belive this will be best fruit for Luffy to eat since is the closest to the gum gum , he doesn t need to eat , and i will enjoy all the stupid gears he will do with the ability to create , control and turn into vegetation.

I think greenbulls resistance to fire might more come from Haki as we can see from law that you can overcome a Fruits effect through Haki and it would make sense for the admiral to work on that weakness

the Magu Magu no mi is pretty fitting for Luffy as he can keep his fist-based fighting style while adding so much more deadliness to it. and its not as destructive as the earthquake fruit. he can pretty much instantly control himself. hes not controlling magma. he IS magma. thats so cool imo.
and issho's gravity fruit is also pretty nuts for luffy. he can pin people down, which means even logias get pinned down if he adds enough force to it. he can probably coat his fist in gravitational force, so everyone gets pushed away by his gravity shockwaves (less destructive gura gura no mi essentially) or pull peopel in so that they cant escape his punches.

If you think about it, Shanks saving Luffy from the Lord of the Coast, also saved the Seaking as well. As we saw with Big Mom, eating a Devil Fruit user, grants you the power said Devil Fruit, so if the Lord of the Coast had actually eaten Luffy back then, he would have gained the Devil Fruit powers and become unable to swim, out in the middle of the ocean.
I'm sure these videos are good for people with adhd but the amount of cuts, sound effects and zooms overwhelm me so much
