    I have a question? For breathing during these exercises I am having trouble coordinating this any advice would be great.

      Hi David, it is a good idea to do short continuous breaths if you find it physically strenuous or coordination wise. You can then progress to exhaling on the compression or strenuous phases of the movement and inhaling in between.
