I think they all have telekinesis, but they don't all use it for reasons (budget/plot reasons, being trapped by a devil's trap, being too weak/injured/distracted).

You know, once, just Once i'd like to see these two get their asses well and truly handed to them. Yes they eventually win but it would be a change of pace to see them actually have to retreat, it's got the point now where theyre stronger than angels. Getting ridiculous

there’s actually an episode in season 15 where sam and dean loose all of their “plot armor” that gave them such good luck in every episode, and basically the whole episode is just them getting their asses kicked

There's probably a BS reason in the show though. For example, I'm almost positive that I have seen an episode where a demon is able to break itself out of a devil trap by dropping stuff onto the symbol until the chalk/ink smears, but most of the demons in the show don't even try that.
You are right. In early seasons a demon or two did that. Now I think because these demons are "newer generations " they lack the mental capacity to think. Lol.
A lot if the demons we see so that are old and very powerful like Meg or smart like Crowley, this guys breaking the rules behind the Kings back so clearly he is deeply stupid
