Your videos help a lot, good job! I have a question, on the Roland VG3-540 is it possible to reduce the vinyl advance speed when the machine is reading the cut marks? as the machine is very quick to read and sometimes jams the material.
you guys are awesome and explain very well. I was wondering if you can help me make a type of window sticker that I like to replicate but customize it to my business
Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial. Would like to know if the Roland printer and cutter can cut small interior placard . Does it need a separate plotter and cutter.
Hi Marcus, could you make a video on how to produce a double sided sticker? Ideally one with a cut contour on it. How would you do it? For example it would be similar to the process in this video, but there would be something printed on the white vinyl as well (it could be for a door where one side says 'PUSH' and the other side says 'PULL').
@@mactastic144 Print the clear in mirror. Print the white in standard. Laminate the clear with the white aligning reg marks. Laminate the lot with clear and then cut only 😉
Very enlightening. Thank you so much. Would never have thought about doing that. This could be a game changer for me. Stay safe x

Great tip! I always wonder how you are supposed to cut reverse print. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing. I re-post it on a Roland forum on facebook if you don't know. Wha brand of application table is that?
Great explanation, Thanks, Can this process work exactly the same using the Roland BnN20 (uses VW6)?
What is that transparent vinyl sheet? Are you printing directly on the laminate?
Awesome

Great idea! Thanks for that. We'll add it to our list.
Wouldn’t you print in non-mirror, then cut again?
