Some call pricing my work against the internet and I say go with the internet! But... the internet won't install. The internet won't come out to measure. The internet won't create a 4x8' printable file for free. The internet won't fix your mistakes or changes. Like going to McDonalds, you pay and then get your stuff. The internet is really good for some things. I use them. I simply refuse to compete with those who've done a very good job selling on the internet.

When putting the vinyl, I always pull it from the center of the vinyl that way its always centered if you pull both corners, sometimes the material will shift.

What cut force and settings did you use with the IJ35? Sorry I couldn't see your settings really well on your computer.
I have been laminating mine just because I didn't feel the sticker would hold up. I see you didn't use laminate. So I'm assuming I would be ok without also....this would save me sooo much time!

12:00. I think 250 copies is the limit. So, you make a file of 10 each with cut lines then you can make 30 x 10 ea =300

Did you try cutting only on the roland? Without prinjnt just like a vinyl cutter?
What type of sticker paper did you use? I just got the same machine. I use the Roland glossy calendered vinyl. And it was horrible at cutting and kept. Jamming my printer because the sheet would lift and get stuck.

Does this printer use the standard 110v outlet or does it use 220v outlet? Everything online says both. I want to buy if it’s 110

I own a VG2-540 and just ordered a VG3-540 with the new color setup, for stickers you can try (High Quality, Bi-Direction and 600mm/sec speed instead of the 1016mm/sec, reducing the printing speed on small stickers improves the sharpness a lot. Thats the fastest and best quality I can get. I can wait to get my VG3 next week to add it to my shop.
I had a tech out yesterday who told me the same trick when troubleshooting issues. I wasn't thinking of upgrading from and SG-540 but now I am.

How do you laminate them?
What if you wanted to laminate stickers before they are cut? To make super durable stickers for rental equipment?
We put registration marks on them. Then will laminate and then cut decals out.
Hey bro, i came upon ir channel last nite. (RUclips cancelled my account so im using my wives account). Congrats on how far youve come. So i have a box truck, we rent water slides, and i want to put pictures of my waterslides on the side of my box truck. Im talking 2'x3' size pictures. At 1st i thought of using decals, but some of the slides are made of marble vinly and i think thatd b too tricky to do w vinly decals. Whats the best way to put pictured that big on my box truck? They have to b able to withstand weather and wind when we drive it. Thanks

It can pting banners. Thats the next video im working on... For yard signs you have to make a sticker and apply it
What thickness was the vinyl you had in the machine during this video. I own the same machine but I cannot get it to perf cut out the logos. It cuts around the logo that I made but perf cuts a square around the logo. Could you share a screen shot of your settings

When i bought it i believe it was 18,000. I went to Printing United in Alanta and bought it at the show for 16,000 and they gave me a roll of vinyl to print sticker and a free set of inks. Probably gave you more info than you asked for.
So what’s the cost of a roll of that sticker vinyl? Also how much is that machine?
It can vary but typically between $160-$200 per roll.

I have on had it a coule months amd i can tell you it does its part and pays for itself..
@@joeperez2507 maintenance is key. Make sure the print head is always maintained and never do a power clean. They surely will pay for themselves once the jobs are there and you seem to have that down. Good luck my friend

You can run it till it runs out. Then put in the new cartridge and it wont miss a beat
