Hi there, in this video, you concluded the problem is the thermostat. What is the difference between Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor and Thermostat? Do I also need to replace the sensor when I'm replacing the thermostat?

Very good, professional diagnosis and repair. However, one bit of advise from an avid RUclips viewer......do not repeat yourself. Just on the thermostat, you kept repeating nearly 4-5 times that it is a bad thermostat and even it the end you did the same. For one, it lengthens the video and viewers have heard you once, so they don't want repeatation, it bores them out. They just want to see the next step and a smooth flow of the saga. Smooth flow is the key to remember.
