Looking forward to playing this game when my copy arrives in the mail. You can tell the developers put a lot of effort and time into the game. And they’ve leveled up their skills from their Haunted Halloween series.
I seen this on the RUclips channel, Big ole Words... Watching James play this. Imagine this out back in the day! Very impressive looking NES game!! I hope it will become available on the Switch at some point. You never know!
I got this game and was having issues with fixing the power to the first cabin...I think I see how to do it now through your play through...it is fun. I am getting the same feeling you are.
This is the game I always wanted to play on my NES as a kid, but sadly it didn't exist back then. Finally, 35 years later I get the ultimate gaming experience I envisioned as a kid. The graphics, sound, gameplay, the overall atmosphere, it's ticking all the boxes for me as a retro gamer. What a fantastic game this is!
'"going back to sleep so that you can start in the morning and avoid all the wierdness that happens through the nightx"' this is exactly my kind of game!
I’m so happy with the indie genre and how many quality 8-bit games have been coming out. Feels like a new era of NES. This was made by the same dev as Haunted Halloween right? I enjoyed that game on Switch.
That silver cartridge looks awesome. Silver would look better with a lighter gray label. Black label would look better with a gold or copper (if they ever decide to make it) cartridge...ok back to the video. I agree, put something on the back of the cartridge. Its just a sticker but its needed.
I did some play testing on this and I absolutely loved it. I went in blind in an earlier build and it was rough to get going but it made the experience incredible. So much love went into this and I recommend to any gamer.
I haven't bought anything from KS in a long time. While I've received everything I backed, 90% of it has been of such poor quality that it would have been better to wait and order from Aliexpress. Wait times and quality would probably even be better.
@That One Guy yeah, I am happy to buy a product if its something I want. But no chance I'm gonna give u my hard earned money for u to use to play with. The whole thing seems ridiculous to me. Not sure why they can't get a loan or investors instead of just taking the publics money and if it all falls apart....they are the ones who loose 0. Just seems so ass backwards to me lol
I hope they do a prequel and/or sequel to this. Other retro games I'm looking forward to are Beyond Shadowgate(still delayed argh), and World of horror dlc/future patches, etc.
This sounds like something that would be right up my alley. I'm a Construction Worker and I have periods of unemployment in-between Jobs. I need something to "pass the time" as a result. So, a big game like this would be perfect.
I don't mind making my own maps for a game. In fact, sometimes that's part of the fun. Drawing out the game world on graph paper, taking notes. Sometimes I play old NES RPG's with my niece, and we take turns as mapper and player. She's only 10 and draws better than I do already!
Man I remember when this was first announced all those years back! Great to see it’s finally came out & it’s also getting a switch release 🔥 Awesome vid dude 👌👍
Awesome to see you received it and it looks solid. I believe I waited 3 years for the Polymega that I finally received. Heck, I’ve been waiting even longer for Slave Zero for the Sega DreamCast. I’ve recently stopped preordering games even from LRG as their 8-9mo release for Worms Armageddon just exceeded 1 full year!
Well this was a nice little surprise, lol. Never heard of this one before but it definitely looks like an interesting experience. Really appreciate titles like this.👍
I am so glad that I had never heard of this game until today - I would’ve had the hardest time waiting so long for it! It looks right up my ally and I can’t wait to try it out :) Great review!
Just started playing this on my MiSTer and loving it. Spoiler alert: Took me a while to realize that I had to note all the morse codes from the radios in zone camp and to realize i can take my ropes back from the pole anchors. That helped, but I still have no idea how to use the A.R.K. dial panels and where to use the color codes that they're flashing me in the distance. I also need more sniper rifle ammo for the scope lookouts bit I can't find it anywhere. Edit: Just figured out the color code signal. You have to note the color sequence being flashed in the distance, then enter it on the M.I.D. pad to fully sync it (in each zone). - is blue, / is yellow, and • is red. Edit 2: Just figured out the A.R.K. pads. Once you've fully synched the M.I.D., go back to the radio at camp and it will give you the code for the A.R.K. pad.
Not putting the back sticker on the cart. LOL. I have the exact same feeling, it feels cheap, like its just missing something, like we all know something goes back there, so stick something in that place. lol
I missed out on the Kickstarter, and now that it’s here I think I gotta get this game. Also, did you stencil the Nintendo Entertainment System on your AVS yourself? I wanna do that on mine!!
Glad to see new games comeing out for the NES. I just hope nintendo doesn't step in and f things up for everyone. Think I will look for a copy if they are selling any. Thanks 👍
Me: No, it didn't take 5 years. It's only been a couple. Also me after scrolling through my email: 5 years? I waited 5 years for this?? (thinking of everything that's happened in my life since then.) Seriously, I'm glad to see some game play before hooking mine up. Kudos on having your name in the credits, too! Edit: I'm waiting for the Steam key to show up so I can play it on that and keep my cartridge unused.
If this took 5 years to come out on Kickstarter then we have hope for the Amico. That being said this game looks fun. Very comprehensive for a NES game

Is this game compatible with PAL A?
That is insane. Not the genre of game I would usually play but the depth and details are impressive for any NES game, old or new
That is one incredible looking NES game
Looking forward to playing this game when my copy arrives in the mail. You can tell the developers put a lot of effort and time into the game. And they’ve leveled up their skills from their Haunted Halloween series.
Wish we had more games like this made for the old systems. NES is one of my favorite consoles n this game dont look to bad.
This looks awesome! You never disappoint with your vids. Love your work!
Thanks it looks really interesting. Keep up the great work.
I seen this on the RUclips channel, Big ole Words... Watching James play this.

Just released on Switch! Sorry for the shameless plug we are trying let the world know about our baby Full Quiet!

Thanks so much. Always looking for reviews on Xbox or Steam if you ever have time to do one.
Loving this game so much right now. Playing it on my MiSTer. The circuit repair minigames are so freakin hard though. Thank God for savestates.

Yep. That is us. We started with the Haunted: Halloween series, before doing Garbage Pail Kids: Mad Mike and the Quest for Stale Gum and Full Quiet.
"I don't think I have waited for 5 years for anything. That's crazy!" The Elder Scrolls 6 fans have entered the chat...
What’s cool is retrotainment delivered. The wait for kickstarter games is rarely backed by content like this. At least in my opinion.
That silver cartridge looks awesome. Silver would look better with a lighter gray label. Black label would look better with a gold or copper (if they ever decide to make it) cartridge...ok back to the video. I agree, put something on the back of the cartridge. Its just a sticker but its needed.

I forgot all about this game . Yeah I don't touch kick starter. I'll just buy em when they actually come out.
Sometimes it's a limited run kinda thing, there's no guarantee that a KS project will ever see a full retail release. Bit of a gamble either way.
Yeah that is why I don't back them. I will wait patiently lol

Sorry for the shameless promotion, but the game did just come out on Switch, Xbox, Steam and the NES.
Great video review, thanks
Wow this looks amazing that it runs on a real NES and it looks very unique and cool.
I hope they do a prequel and/or sequel to this. Other retro games I'm looking forward to are Beyond Shadowgate(still delayed argh), and World of horror dlc/future patches, etc.
Hell yeah. This looks great. I need to get it. And if you want, do a livestream let's play of it.
This sounds like something that would be right up my alley. I'm a Construction Worker and I have periods of unemployment in-between Jobs. I need something to "pass the time" as a result. So, a big game like this would be perfect.
Let us know what you think of it!
I'll have to grab this if it comes to switch

This is great to see! SNES & Genesis are the best retro side scroll but this game is interesting. The map is vital 💫🎮🎄🏆
I remember seeing this at the PRGE. I was excited for it but didn't hear anything about it's release.

@@gijoelx84 Thanks so much for the support!
Welp wish I had noticed this one five years ago. 😂 Looks AMAZING Ron
If you are still interested, game just dropped on Switch, Xbox and Steam.
Looks fun.
If available, I'd buy the ROM if not too expensive
Same here, but I don't see any option to just buy the ROM.
Totally forgot about this. Thanks for taking the time to review it!
Thanks for the info. Looks great!
Game is finally out now on Switch, Xbox, Steam and NES. Hope you get a chance to check it out.
Thanks for sharing.

This game looks so cool! Is the cart still for sale to those of us that did not back?
Sorry I just found the link, added it to pinned comment and description but heres where you can order: fullquiet.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders
Amazing that they really develop new games for the NES, are there new ones for the N64 as well?
I don't want to watch the whole review and spoil it but the game looks cool
I didnt show anything beyond the first part of the game.
Hot damn!! This looks bad ass!!
Will this be on the eShop?
Looking For Your Car Keys, THE GAME
Thanks
This looks great

Was there a link to where to buy the game if you want to? I think I missed the link

@@Madlittlepixel Thanks dude :)
For some reason it kind of reminds me of the super Nintendo version of Jurassic Park
I wanna play it! Looks good

I love this game! I just got it at PAX East and I can’t put it down 👏
Are they going to release an emulation port for this?
I woulda backed this had I known it existed back then. Looks decent. Will grab a non-kickstarter copy shortly.
Ordered a copy today.
I wanted a game like Nightshade.
Challenging and intriguing.
Picked up Full Quiet for $6.
Worth. Every. Penny.
Play it for us man.
Is there a rom?
@@videostash413 no I work for free

The Uncharted of NES.
Long wait lol
👍👍
I don't know but this looks like a GameBoy game. Good review and cool video Ron!👉😃👈
I'm stuck.
Pen name, you used a pen name
What the game lacks in graphics and fun-factor, it makes-up for in its packaging.
Do you know if they'll be releasing this on Steam? I would rather support their new game then emulate it.
Yeah, I mentioned that in the video
