That gnome druid you found in the cave, if you go there earlier, you can save him from some goblins hanging around him. Also the girl by the telescope you can save from a hobgoblin assassin, she still gives you the soul coin after.
Loving the series so far. It's so interesting seeing the differences between playthroughs, for me I went to the tiefling by the telescope as soon as I got to that area as part of exploring and killed a bugbear assassin who was skulking behind her (she gave me the coin for it) and the cave by the druids, I went from the other direction and killed some goblins there and saved Findal but was met with a dead end where you entered. Also Sazza the goblin prisoner was not dead yet either.
Agree on this, my playthrough also do what this chapter did before even go to the goblin camp, the telescope girl, Findal and goblin in the prison are still alive. Amazed that the possibility on both sequence is there, and also means there are lots of options on how you're going to approach the goblin camp.
Ritual Spells They are a particular type of spell. They can be cast out of combat as a ritual. This does not take a spell slot nor do they need to be prepared beforehand. They CAN be cast if prepared and that will cost a spell slot It takes time to cast them as a ritual so you cannot do so while in combat. I assume you are casting Talk With the Dead as a ritual in this video.

I mean the parasites are optional maybe they don't want to use them because of how they are role-playing their character not everyone is playing exclusively to get as OP as possible
I don’t know why Love went out of his character to cast Guidance with his other character. We’ve already learned linked characters can cast check buffs on the dice screen.

You guys missed a quest here in the druid grove that you can only do before saving Halsin, you can unlock/find the quest by being thorough with exploring every inch of the grove.

Yeah I noticed they kinda ran through the grove stuff without really talking to anybody but I think that's more of a problem with most games highlighting which characters are important to talk to. In this game almost all the characters (at least in act 1) have quests to give or interesting things to say
It's also a matter of keeping things going at a good pace while still exploring the things we think will be fun. We COULD talk to everyone but it can get a little tedious to watch@@tannerparks6030
I watched, enjoyed you playing Aliens-the perfect game and bought it and played along. It was fking awesome to play this hell of a game, soon ahead of you and after playing watch how you did certain things. It was entertaining. Now the bad part. Long story short: BG 3 is a fantastic game (I play it, again because of vids on YT, no early acess) to enjoy when you're into well done lore fantasy games. BUT. For me - specially the comparison to Aliens It is quite boring to watch how you and your mate are progressing. I know this is a negative feedback but not on yout both effords or the game. But imho this one is not for screening but for experiering on your own. And I take this as a big plus for the game itself. Like a good book: You need to read it; not beeing read.

you should know you can use the Help action to get charater knocked down up instead of waiting for them to die an resurect them.
