Don't get the long swing arms. The trend in the US for rough climbs has been to extend the frame with stock swing arm so the bike handles as designed. Also puts the rider's weight further ahead of the engine
Our Austrian Emperor has banned such steep face races. He says, how are boys who can't even eat with a knife and fork without accident, be able to climb such a steep face?
