Woodturning - The Mossy Mystery Log!?

Welcome to Ian Mac Woodturning! In this weeks turning video I used a piece of.. erm well.. I'm not sure, it's a mossy log that I found in my woodshed. What type of wood do you think it is? The colour of the wood looks oak-like but the bark not so much..

For a mossy mystery log it's got a very beautiful grain, I love the shape you gave it.
