@@neena_gems5223 yes I paid Anker through their PayPal. This company has an excellent customer service based on my personal experience with them. Also, this is my personal opinion and I’m not getting paid or compensated by them FYI.
May I know where you live? I would imagine people who live in different country than you may have difficulties in purchasing or delivery of the battery. I have the same problem and want to change the battery but the local reseller here doesn't have the battery. I live in Jordan btw
@@hartantyo13 hey I live in the US, and as I mentioned I ordered the battery directly from Eufy. You may find some alternatives on Amazon or e-bay but I’m not sure.
Thank you so much for this. My L70 has been cleaning but not returning to base so I just find it dead sometimes and I have to carry it back to the charging dock.
No problem! Yes same happened to me unfortunately the battery will eventually reach an end and needs to be replaced. If that is the only issue you have with your robot then it might be worth it to change the battery instead of buying a whole new unit
Your video is very helpful...My L70 is losing the charge while vaccuming. The problem is it doesn't detect or calculate the remaining battery to return home, charge and resume cleaning. I guess changing the battery will solve the problem, but in a near future I'll have to buy another battery and so on...
I am experiancing the same problem. Deteriation of the batery made mu L70 unable to calculate the actual remaining power. A sudden drop made it die before it realized that is should go back to the charging station.
Hi Can you share the battery model with me? I try to find one in Taiwan,it seems a bit hard to buy it! If i can know the battery model, it will be very helpful! Thanks!
Hi, my battery is dead too, but Eufy are very unhelpful and seem unwilling to advise how I can purchase a replacement battery. I have searched online to no avail. Would you mind sharing where you purchased your replacement battery from please? Thanks
I have l70 hybrid, and I have trouble activating it. My problem is fallowing : I put it on charging base, it shows that is charging. Blue light on device, and charging on phone app. But, when I press “clean” on app, it start, but soon as it moves from base, it turn off. My first reaction was, that battery is dead. So, I bought new battery, and tried charging again… I left it charging for 10hours, and still after I pressed “clean”, soon as it was removed from charging pins, it turned off again. Any suggestions?
@@saedalnaimat I now think that it might be problem on motherboard connected to the battery. Because, repairman just replaced battery cells.. put them on same motherboard.
@@sasavasic5071 I’m not sure. If you watch my video, I advise to buy the battery directly from Eufy. I’m not sure if your new battery fits same specifications of manufacturer’s battery.
@@saedalnaimat Yes I did try buying a similar alternative but the Battery Management System outputs an unusual temperature sensor format so no other batteries will work it is a password protected encrypted chip so no one can change anything, it is a real dent in the "right to repair" that you cannot just replace the battery and they will not sell me one, it generates an evil amount of e-waste.
Hello there. Try to charge it by directly plugging in the charging cable into the robovac itself and see if this solves the issue. Also make sure you clean the contact points for the base and robovac. If this persisted then you may wanna contact customer support. I’m just another customer !
same here, mine has about 10 months and now does not charge even half battery, so i called customer support, and they have the vacumm now, i hope they replace the battery, or give me a new one, but, if i can find the replacement battery i will bought it, because i don't think they extend my warranty period
For new batteries, I just contacted Eufy at support@eufylife.com and paid around 35$ they sent me a new battery.
how to pay them bro
They asked that the battery payment purchase be through PayPal. Were you comfortable with that?

Clean the charging base and charging pins on the unit. If that didn’t solve the issue then get a new battery
Can you provide the model # of the battery?
Ok I ordered a new battery after mine expired. Once I get the new battery I’ll let you know if it has a model number on it
