Nice review I agree with you on the top case it’s really helpful. On the quickshifter I have to differ tho, you don’t need it but it makes the bike so much more alive as the engine is playful. The panniers is so good as well mostly to complement the looks if any and I love the Bluetooth connectivity so cool. Makes it feel like a really premium bike.
Two necessities you should add 1 is grip puppies and second bar end weights, they drastically cut down on vibrations, I went on a long rode trip with mine and it’s been 3 weeks that my thumb is still numb possible nerve damage. Good video though and I love my Triumph.
Great accessories review. Question - Will the top box actually hold a full face helmet and does the large size of the top box adversely effect handling? Thanks!
@@nikolamarkov3395 I purchased the panniers but my understanding is that the back of the top box is only a reflector and not a brake light. Hopefully, the driver behind you will not concentrate on the top box reflector as a signal the bike is braking.
@@SergeyVikultsev I also considered buying one but I did some digging and found out that it’s the same exact stock seat. I would have been very disappointed if I got it delivered expecting it to be “more comfortable” just to find out it’s identical to the one I already have.
Have you riden with the comfort seat? I checked it out at the dealers but I didn't buy because it was harder than the one I have!. I find the windscreen is the biggest let down above 60 mph. Long journeys battered by the wind and a sore arse off the seat.
I am waiting for that seat to arrive as local dealer didn't have it in stock. After that I will be able to see (or not) the difference :) How tall you are? I think wind buffeting also depends on stature of every particular person.
If Triumph wasn't so greedy due to the pricing and monopoly they have, including for installation, on their accessories they would sell way more. I for one would add more accessories if I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride, literally. Turnover is a better and more profitable business model than greed.
It's so ridiculous you get that tiny tft screen, and you need to pay serious money for something as simple as cruise control and Bluetooth connectivity

Lots of accessories for sure and seems like reasonable views on each. Nice hat!
My favourite hat!

Late reply, but looking to get the bike in 2024! Would you go panniers over top box. I personally prefer the look.

Thanks! Vibrations can be an issue to some people.

I have no problem with my Shoei helmet, it fits in there. I don’t feel any difference in handling also even though this top box is a bit bulky.
Fits my xl scorpion just fine and no change in handing at all and no noise. Kind of cheap feeling for how expensive it is though. Time will tell
It fits 2 full face helmets. I tried 2 Arai full face helmets and it closes perfectly.
Does the backlight work with the break, or is it just a reflector?

my biggest wish is a cruise control
Fun fact: the "dual comfort seat" is actually just a stock seat replacement. It is no different than the original seat that comes with the bike.
Thanks for info! I actually was thinking about buying one. Probably I shouldn’t :)

What a scam.
The part number on the stock seat and the standard comfort seat are the same. Definite placebo effect there.

No need to, new model is out today. Connectivity and cruise control is standard now.
Don’t Agree .. it’s the rider , not the ride #bru
