      Hey friend you can also reduce weight but first thing is that u have wakeup early and drink hot water and stop eating sugar like chocolate and if u have to drink tea but low sugar and u have free time do this exercise

      @@mandeepkaur5039 mera weight pehla 76 tha or abb 60 h 3 sal ho gye weight redues ko magar again nahi hyu par no fried no sugar bilkul b touch nahi krna jerra or soff powder brabar matra mai le le onko mix krke rakh le fer morning bilkul gram water mai 2 spoon powder pani mai dail le or os mai everday ek nibbu ka rass millye or tast ke anusar black salt milla le result dekhna fer mujhe btana everday morning or exersise b krni h par jeeb par control krna pde ga1 month tkk btana mujhe holi holi apka weight redues ho jye ga din mai vdde glass pani ke pena h 3 litter pani pina h okk best of luck 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
