    Mam Aap bohat effective exercise batati hai I lose my weight from 96 Kg to 79 Kg . Mai aapki 10 minute walking exercise 3 times karta hu jisase mera bohat fat loss hua saath me diet bhi proper rakha hu . Thank you mam 😊

    First time I see ur channel...I switch to it cos it's Ramadan and want to lose during this...And I am vit D failure that's why I feel pain in my back bone and waste bone I can't do exercise so bad so that is the best workout for me ..thanx a lot...I will follow it for rest of Ramadan ....Will update u 🤞

      Hey friend you can also reduce weight but first thing is that u have wakeup early and drink hot water and stop eating sugar like chocolate and if u have to drink tea but low sugar and u have free time do this exercise

      Hi...98 kg is too much for anyone..Plzz do something for u..U r so young ...Eat less salt n cut down sugar totally..Eat ur dinner before 7 pm...N stop watching lots of vdos on RUclips instead stuck on any one n follow it atleast for a month..After reading ur msg I couldn't stop myself to reply u.

      No one can loose 10kgs in 10 days. It's not safe to loose more weight in a short time. It risks our health. U do loose weight by including exercises & changing diet. U can notice changes may b after 15days. Safe weight reduction is 2kgs per month.

      @@tsallahthawerani5442 always before breakfast. Peth kaali hona chahiye. U can eat a banana before exercises if u want. But don't do after eating breakfast or any heavy food.

    Good morning mam Mera pahle vajan bahut jyada tha 160 kilo main dieting Karke vajan kam kiya tha exercise ki thi lekin log Don mein fir se badh gaya hai

    How many days I do that for losing 5 to 10 kg weight my is 70 kg approx. Ma'am please explain . Ma'am but abhi ramazan b h or hum fasting b karte h to according to that guide krde please

      Iftar k bad esha ki namaz k aas paas kr lijiye aur fir 1 hr bd khana kha lijiye
      Bhot light se exercise h to KR sakte h iftar k bad...aur Maine bbi Kiya aaj aur uske bd namaz pdh kr thoda rest kr k khana kha liya🤗
