Hey friend you can also reduce weight but first thing is that u have wakeup early and drink hot water and stop eating sugar like chocolate and if u have to drink tea but low sugar and u have free time do this exercise

No one can loose 10kgs in 10 days. It's not safe to loose more weight in a short time. It risks our health. U do loose weight by including exercises & changing diet. U can notice changes may b after 15days. Safe weight reduction is 2kgs per month.
