Ingredients and recipe:
Warm milk 250 ml
Warm water 100 ml
Dry yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
Sugar 3 tbsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
Egg 1 pc.
Melted butter 70 ml (5 tbsp)
2. Mix all ingredients
All-purpose wheat flour 700 g (add in parts)
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Place the dough on the table
6. Knead for 5-6 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.

8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes
10. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
11. Dough weight 1188 g.
12. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
13. Roll them into a ball

15. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
16. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
17. Roll out the dough into a circle of 11-13 cm
18. Make two cuts, like in the video
19. Fold the edges over each other
20. Repeat after me, you will definitely succeed
21. Place on baking paper
22. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
23. Put jam in the middle (I used apricot)
Egg yolk 1 pc.
Milk 1 tbsp.
24. Lubricate with a brush
25. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 23-25 minutes
