      @Laid Back Racing that's actually how things work. You don't try to drag race anyone in a TF. You let people that are clearly faster go by.

    • @GreatMotors
      @GreatMotors  Год назад +69

      @Laid Back Racing it's TF not a race. You facilitate that faster cars go by without too much trouble. I was clearly faster overall than the M2 so yes. The driver could have stayed a few more seconds off the gas and not fight for "track" position.

    Idk man I'm very much a Toyota man and I don't like M cars, but he looked to be significantly quicker across the first half of the track and then gave you the over-take just before the more technical areas of the track where you were able to flex all of the fearless advantages an AWD car has over everyone else. Perhaps if you were more aggressive he'd have moved over a lot sooner but I can understand the cautious lack of pressure on such a risky circuit.

    The M2 driver isn't driving the car to its full potential. I know because I have one, and I have several hundred laps of the Nordschleife under my belt. The M2 driver is braking at wrong points, not turning in at the right time and missing the apex on lots of turns.
    The Yaris is an excellent car, I know because I have driven one and its quite astonishing.

Typical BMW owner though, his ego took over. When he finally realised the Yaris was making him look bad he let him through. As soon as that happened the BMW disappeared from the rear view.

      m2 is too heavy, I dont understand why people praise it so much. I love BMW's but it should be smaller and 1250kg max. Most cars are too big and heavy nowadays. This M2 is bigger than an e46 and weights like a e92 BMW (~1600kg). Id rather have an M3 CSL e46 even tho its way more expensive than an M2, an Alpine A100, a Lotus Elise, an Alfa 4C, a modded Mazda MX5 from 2017 onwards,... there are lots of hidden gems no one talks about that run circles around an M2 and all these overhyped fat cars (RS3, A class A45, Golf R etc..)
