- Hey guys, how about we watch Harley VS Jinx, Death Battle! I never make mention of it in the video, but yes, thanks to Arcane this is easily better than Junkrat, but Junkrat's still a couple dozen times better than Trigger Happy :)

Just to answer the change in the number for Harley’s tree feat they said since she was lifting it with one arm her max could be at least double that 600.
Well i dont know the comic, but did she swung the tree with one hand?
Its differend of just lifting and actually swinging something.
So I would say their example was correct.

This episode just honestly landed on my Top 5 (for now) and after watching it, I love to see more LoL characters appear on Death Battle
Sooooooo... I'm conflicted about this episode.
On one hand, it's now my second favorite season premiere of the show because I'm bias to Harley.
On the other hand, I'm kinda miffed because I'm bias to Harley.
Now obviously, I'm joking. I can't hold the episode down soley because Harley lost. Because nah, this episode is pretty fuckin great, man. Seeing them talk about Harley, one of my favorite fictional females ever, it really was gratifying to see. The pacing of the analysis was pretty good, I felt no odd speed or poor construction on either character's, the gags were amusing in my eyes, and the fight? The fight is pretty good. They really incorporated the fun fair setting beautifully into the fight as well as Harley and Jinx's charcaters. The cutaway gag on the merry-go-round with the music cutting out, the teliporting banter on the rollercoaster, that was really good stuff. The sound design was pretty good, the hits were good, the pacing was pretty fluid, the models some times felt a biiiit stiff but not enough to be distracting. I liked that there were moments to laugh, as you'd expect with these two. And man, that hall of mirrors scene? With the Arcane effects merging in with the Birds of Prey effects? As in we're seeing a look into both their minds? That shit was fucking cool, man. I really liked that part. On top of the reference to Joker v Sweet Tooth where Harley tried to lure Jinx in with mind games? That was a really cool and subtle call back on top of incorporating both Harley's brains and Jinx's 'shoot first' mindset. And the track, I noticed that music track in the background and that will most definitely be a personal listen, I liked what I heard.
I really liked this whole fight. The only real part I can say irked me was the lip sync. Harley's was fine but I didn't really think Jinx's was the best.
Actually, there is another thing that irks me personally. The fact that Harley lost. AND WAIT, listen. I'm not dropping the episode's score because of that. I'm just personally sad to see Harley... Well, die lol. Even if I do agree with the outcome abd argument they made, it doesn't make it any less cringe inducing to see for me first time around. Aaannd there's also the fact that I feel like they did this episode just to end the DC v Non-Marvel winning streak. Which yeah, it had to end sometime or another, I just personally wish they waited one last time or gave Harley a different match up to see her take the dub. Very selfish from me, I know. But I'm biased ok lol
But overall. Very good episode. I'm sad to see Harley lose, and I'm bummed her most likely only appearance in the whole show will be a loss. But I'm glad she got a really good episode and stands in one of the best premieres imo. It had little hope of beating Dante v Bayonetta's 10/10 in first place in the season premieres, but I can sure as hell give Harley Quinn vs Jinx an 8 or 9/10 in second place. Season 9 is off to a good start!

I don't know if they still do, but Jinx did have a passive in regards to Vi and Cait (and they had one for her), but all it did was basically keep the count of kills to against each other, if I remember correctly.
Rengar and Kha'Zix also used to have one for each other, but I don't think they do anymore.

“Mad Laugh Riot” isn’t JUST a reference to Riot Games. “Mad Laugh” could be a reference to the famous Harley story: “Mad Love”.
Oh it likely is, the complaint was that the only reference to Jinx was "Riot" instead of anything related to her character.
