I remember back in November when a playable Yozora was barely even functioning in the overworld. Skip ahead 4 months, we have Yozora clobbering bosses like it's nothing. Ashura even implemented his signature black hole finisher at 1:20. Modding is such a blessing for KH.
Seeing this makes me really want to be able to fight Sora at some point in future games. Seeing him at his full potential as a superboss would be awesome.

I love how Sora is a billion times weaker than Yozora was, really makes you feel like you're playing as the boss. Oh, and Yozora's sick moveset helps too.
Imagine at the very end they actually allowed us to play as Yozora, a character we know little to nothing about and our objective is to “save” Sora. But in some alternate reality I suppose we’d be playing Verum Rex this whole time and then suddenly we see this kid with a key shaped sword and a mickey sigil and wonder WTF is going on. I’d also imagine in that universe Disney references weren’t in the games up until that point and it was just an “original” disney game made in tandem with Square Enix using only subtle references to disney.
...actually to be honest I'd love to see a spinoff just tied to yozora and Like a whole game just to get an idea what he's actually like. I'd imagine nomura would make something like that to freshen up his pallette, you'd have to break reality to put pieces together but it would actually work really well here
its why i personally consider a "true ultimate sora" to be a sora that kept all his spells/abilities over the years (drive forms, summons, formchanges, literally EVERYTHING) as well as having access to some of roxas, xion and ventus' skills (roxas and xion for reason aozora mentioned, and for ventus cuz sora was keeping ven's heart safe for a while so it would make sense sora could utilize his skills in some capacity)................ it makes me wonder what a version of sora that could do shit from the KH2 roxas fight (not from sora's side of it, more what roxas could do in that) alongside final form alongside ultimate form and xion's smaller sized version of her armored form from the final boss fight in days with ven's wingblade command style to boot all active at the same time
@@ARCEUS493ZELDA Funny enough IF Sora got dual wielding in base and kept that in base going forward and it was Prologue Roxas' fighting style from the Axel fight I can see full power Sora developing that fighting style with added speed and reaction commands plus being able to switch fighting styles via Valor, Master, Limit, and Final Form (I say Limit since technically Sora is a Tri Keyblade Wielder since he has his own, Roxas' and Ventus' keyblades so Limit Form would have using the results of the successful The End Reaction command having 2 keyblades(Roxas and Ventus') above him while using his own OR we add Xion's in the mix making him a Quad wielder)

Imagine tho if you thought you were gonna play as sora but then the boss camera shots kick in and set in on Yozora for you to play as, that would've been evil for the Devs to throw you into a fight against sora with a new character.
I don't care what anyone says this is Sora's fighting style when he's freaking serious and it's canon given how Xion is his replica and as his Body Roxas can use those same pillars of light and they both got the speed to back it up, which implies serious Sora by concept and hypothesis is Light Speed. I'm not a decent powerscaling, but I'm going by what I'm seeing and experienced with Roxas and Xion's boss fights given they came from Sora
yea Xion is basically knockoff Sora. The real Sora can do more than Xion but I'm sure her moveset is Sora's vanilla moveset without the transforations and magic etc

i can sew Yozora VS Sora being placed as either one of three spots: 1) the Tutorial battle, as you said. 2) The final boss. 3) the Secret boss. If placed in 2 or 3, he'd not have much health, but would definitely have Items, Links, and Curaga at his disposal, as well as Second Chance and Once More. Im talking that Sora may only have up to 2 bars, but he'll be able to heal like a Mofo.
God I really want a Verum Rex game of Yozora's "trials" and it leads to Sora as the final boss. So much you can do with this guy, hes fresh and it doesn't have to relate to the mobile game if it doesn't want to. Maybe it has to do with a little bit because of Luxord but Yozora can just be some guy.
I wonder if it's not yet possible to program bosses wholesale, considering what Trueblade has done with Young Xehanort. Putting Sora on Xion isn't bad, but I can only imagine how terrifying a true boss Sora would be. All of the perks of a player (sans healing, or at least reduced healing), none of the drawbacks.
I'd say reduced healing, or healing to totally equal a Superboss bar, considering that's one of his abilities; He has not much health, maybe only 5 or 6 bars, but being a superboss but does have these to equal a Superboss health bar: - Potions x5 (1 bar each) - Hi-Potions x3 (2 bars each) - Elixir (Full heal + DM Refresh) - Ether x3 (Magic restoration) - Curaga (Can be used once every 2 minutes, or once each time his Magic is restored; Heals 2 bars) - Second Chance, Once More As for his actual would-be moveset, I'll leave that to others.

At max/high quick combos and strong form changes, mid health would be mix of offense and defense moves, balanced around, low health could be he's DM move cam be either summons, but not the ones we used but his connection to the other KH characters fighting with him, and low health/phase 2 would be defensive but he be able to block and counter attack 😅

What there was a super smart ai of a Sora boss fight. He would take the data of the instant keyblade switching combos. Teleporting, his desperation moves would be his shock locks.
Imagine this is how KH 4 starts. You play the battle from Yozora's point of view, and the tutorial for Yozora's gameplay is you beating Sora to get the Canon ending of him being trapped inside the crystals. Now that's pretty epic!

Sora can heal, use items, links, everything. All I can hope for is that youre prepared; Playable Sora is NOWHERE near as powerful as Canon Sora. There really are no boundaries that modders can’t cross huh? Shit, this looks amazingly insane! I never thought about it, but it *does* make sense that Xion’s moveset would so easily fit Sora. She’s also part of his powers, if I recall. I’m so used to seeing that with her, but it couldn’t be a better replacement for AI Sora. Plus, this would probably give us the best representation of Sora taking control of the battle and really going all out. When pushed back he starts using light more (as opposed to darkness when we use him). And the use of quick combos plus strike raid. Yozora on the other hand… crazy as hell. It doesn’t look like he has combo finishers, or if he does those are launchers? He plays like if you took Berserk+Horizontal Slash from KH2 and gave it coke. Didn’t see the charge slashes he loves to spam but everything else is still cool. His DM finisher was also a really nice touch as well. Speaking of finisher, great way to end the fight! Solid work as always, your gameplay skills are a sight to behold
Yeah his last charge finisher is a launcher it seems. After I did this fight I checked what magic flash has and it looks like a finisher where he slams the ground with dark energy. I think I made a mistake on that part. Anyways, thank you for always watching my videos and commenting what you think about it! Helps me know if I did well on it or not.
Honestly seeing this make me want a verum rex game that ends with yozora point of view and meets up with sora as the final boss, imagine how deadly a boss sora can be~☆ regardless this mod is amazing!

Really and honestly, I think that as soon as this mod here is completed, that's what we'll start moving on to. Seriously, completely new guy with all these abilities, massive moveset and everything. However, KH modders are absolutely CRACKED. They snort like 5 lines of code-caine before they start. Only FOUR MONTHS AGO the very start of a Yozora Playable mod was taking hold; Barely functional in the overworld, and now we see a fully playable Yozora absolutely CLOBBERING Sora (over Xion). It won't be long. All that's left are formchanges. After that, the days of KH2 modding will come back, in a new form. A new body. *And so, so much more to do.* After all, each Kingdom Hearts game takes place in thr same universe. And as we all know... *There is one sky.* *One Destiny.*
is yozora gonna be the guy from the scrapped ff13 versus, which was then turned into ff15, thats why yozora kinda looks like noctis? that would be a nice turn for enix if they did that.

This is cool I guess, but it’s just the Xion Data fight with a couple extra moves for the player. Nothing substantial besides a couple real cool moves were added. Cool as they were, not huge game changers. Still very cool!

Lmao it’s at times like these I wish I could show Nomura and his team at Square Enix who develop Kingdom Hearts Games these cool mods! I bet there jaws would drop and it would probably give them some ideas they other wise probably never would of had! Get ready for the 20th Anniversary Folks! I never thought about it, but it *does* make sense that Xion’s moveset would so easily fit Sora. She’s also part of his powers, if I recall. I’m so used to seeing that with her, but it couldn’t be a better replacement for AI Sora. Plus, this would probably give us the best representation of Sora taking control of the battle and really going all out. When pushed back he starts using light more (as opposed to darkness when we use him). And the use of quick combos plus strike raid.
Yozora on the other hand… crazy as hell. It doesn’t look like he has combo finishers, or if he does those are launchers? He plays like if you took Berserk+Horizontal Slash from KH2 and gave it coke. Didn’t see the charge slashes he loves to spam but everything else is still cool. His DM finisher was also a really nice touch as well.
Speaking of finisher, great way to end the fight! Solid work as always, your gameplay skills are a sight to behold
Yeah his last charge finisher is a launcher it seems. After I did this fight I checked what magic flash has and it looks like a finisher where he slams the ground with dark energy. I think I made a mistake on that part. Anyways, thank you for always watching my videos and commenting what you think about it! Helps me know if I did well on it or not.

Honestly seeing this make me want a verum rex game that ends with yozora point of view and meets up with sora as the final boss, imagine how deadly a boss sora can be~☆ regardless this mod is amazing!

Really and honestly, I think that as soon as this mod here is completed, that's what we'll start moving on to. Seriously, completely new guy with all these abilities, massive moveset and everything.
However, KH modders are absolutely CRACKED. They snort like 5 lines of code-caine before they start. Only FOUR MONTHS AGO the very start of a Yozora Playable mod was taking hold; Barely functional in the overworld, and now we see a fully playable Yozora absolutely CLOBBERING Sora (over Xion).
It won't be long.
All that's left are formchanges.
After that, the days of KH2 modding will come back, in a new form. A new body.

is yozora gonna be the guy from the scrapped ff13 versus, which was then turned into ff15, thats why yozora kinda looks like noctis? that would be a nice turn for enix if they did that.
He completed got Bodied by yozora. Even as a playable character he is still the Boss of the fight, and sora still getting bodied xD

Does anyone else think the secret battle at the end of kh3 was just a simulation, a test for yozora...like the databattles and we weren't actually playing the real sora. Cuz why would he say I will save you and I've been going through these tests here and then wake up

when playing as sora you dont have abilities like that sora but when you battle him with that mod he has the abilities of xion

Also I hope someone somehow mods the moveset of Xion's boss fight into playable Sora, but balance it out so it isn't too broken.
This is cool I guess, but it’s just the Xion Data fight with a couple extra moves for the player. Nothing substantial besides a couple real cool moves were added. Cool as they were, not huge game changers. Still very cool!
