I have not heard a good thing about that builder. Maybe they addressed issues people had on their homes. I'd just advise people to do their due diligence.

It’s low for a new community here in Texas. Most new neighborhoods in Texas are above 3%. Because we have no state income tax, property tax may be higher than other states.
Thank you for your effort i appreciate it but i believe you realtors working for home dealers :) more than 250 k is not affordable price. affordable mean = accessible to everyone . these prices insane and not affordable .
