My take representation is important I know from personal experience (Asian and Black) seeing people who look like me especially Mia yim there's a different feeling when watching them and them winning title because we all like seeing people who are like us in main events. NXT gets representation right on the other hand AEW is make Swerve the second guy.

to be honest, i stopped watching NXT when they killed the Black and Gold branding. Right now, the Black and Black revive my interest.

NXT is equal. It pushes all sorts of ppl and doesn't seem bothered what genetic make up a person has, and that's damn cool. AEW does not know how to book heels. Most cacasians don't identify or frame their lives through their skin tone. We like whatever is actually good. Tony just can't book. And NXT is for everyone, and that's why it wins. Trick is awesome, and it's a great product right now. Long may it continue!
NXT at least has a target audience in mind and builds their product towards that. AEW feels like they don't know who they want their audience to be.
