‘Rust’ Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed Gets MAXIMUM Sentence

- “Rust” armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to the maximum, 18 months in prison, in the shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. An angry judge called out her seeming lack of remorse. The prosecutor also referenced a bombshell report claiming that Hannah made multiple jailhouse phone calls where she called the jurors, the judge, and the prosecutor “idiots” and other disparaging names.

To be honest, after listening to her jail house phone calls, especially her statement that "people have accidents, and people die. That's an unfortunate part of life" I'm beginning to wonder if Ms HGR intentionally brought the live bullet to the movie set. I haven't seen any defendant so obnoxious and defiant.

Baldwin's trial is in July

It was her job to do the correct thing and she made a deadly mistake.
Baldwin and Gutierrez are BOTH 💯 responsible!! She was negligent, careless, she didnt take control with this egotistical actor and correct his behavior. And baldwin, after watching his hyper temperment constantly ran that set and because of his out of control antics he pulled the trigger while it was pointed at another human being! They both deserve extreme consequences as in JAIL TIME!
Baldwin is definitely responsible, but it's a little more complicated than that. Baldwin wasn't just the lead actor, he was a producer. That means he's partly responsible for who gets hired, and how the set is ran. There has been unionized workers on the set of Rust, but due to the unsafe conditions they all left. At the time of the incident, they were employing non-union workers and forcing them to rush by not hiring enough hands on set. The dangerous atmosphere of the whole production meant an accident like this was bound to happen, and Baldwin has been in Hollywood for decades, he definitely knew better. They just wanted to save money, and hired all the wrong people. And because of it, someone died.
BS! He whines about gun laws but doesn’t know the first thing about gun safety. That trigger was likely pulled. But, even so, he shouldn’t have had it pointed at someone.
Actually the FBI noted that there had been at least two other instances of the gun going off without the trigger being pulled. In fact, when the FBI ran ballistics testing on the gun, it literally fell apart.
Of course, that is STILL Baldwin's fault, and HGR's fault, because who should have known that the firearm was broken and needed repairing? The armorer and the producers.
