I found a spot in southern California that looks like they sell it sheets... Columbia Forest Products ... I'm sure there more places out there... I just googled "bendy plywood sheets" and it was one of the first to pop up...

is it possible to build an hollow wooden surfboard that is capable of being knee paddled. i.e. a deck that will hold up to damage from knees?
