Hi Graham, In the Cosori I preheat baking tin and oil for 5 min on 200c then put .batter in at same temperature for 14 min. The equal volume method always works for me. Thanks for your entertaining videos

To give bottom of Yorkshire puds or pastries a bit of colour flip over for last couple minutes

It looked lovely Graham, I make my batter the same way. It's a simple way to do it but I do half milk and half water. I did try making them once in my air fryer but the bottoms weren't cooked so I had to turn them over. Another thing I noticed was I froze some and when I went to reheat them they were really tough. Also just to let you know I've just ordered a cosori dual blaze, it's coming on thursday

Hi Sandra, there is a better video for the Yorkshire puddings. We have frozen them and Wendy said they were ok. I can’t remember them being tough🤷‍♂️ 👍

Nice one Graham you now need to try this out in your new cosori dual blaze I think if you put the pan on the bottom basket without the crisper tray it will brown the bottom better on the blaze I've not had a go at Yorkshire puddings yet i would like to try toad in the hole one day

Another great video Graham, I use individual little pots I got from ebay, just like ramekins but tin and they are great. I can fit 6 in at a time. When I use the size you used, I make toad in the hole and both are devious. Saves loads of time in the air fryer. In the tin pots I have I also make suet puddings and again they are great. So many uses for them, so they don't go to waste. Hi Wendy, nice to see you I'm the kitchen with Graham today.

Hi Kitty. We’ve had a look at the smaller pots and put them on my wish list so I don’t lose them. I think I will soon order some as home made Yorkshires are tastier. 👍😘

@Graham Gets about your so right, but I always keep a box of Aunt Bessie's in the freezer for quickness as they are very nice and rise just like homemade and taste homemade. So they are handy when I just want a couple 🤣

Hi you two just found you both enjoyed vlog I also use this method for Yorkie and toad in hole come out great ,just give a flip couple of minutes before end time ,the same with salmon en croute turn it over two or three minutes before end beautiful just a tip .hugs from Shropshire 😊

Hi Anna welcome to the site. We’re all learning something all the time on this site I hope. Do you have a dual blaze because I’m told there’s no need to turn things over as it has elements top and bottom. The salmon en croute is lovely isn’t it, I’ve bought another one. There is another Yorkshire pudding video in some small aluminium pots, they came out fantastic. Hugs from Nottinghamshire to Shropshire 😀😀😀👋👋👋👍 P.S. please consider subscribing
