Honda will always be #1 in my heart. From growing up on Honda ATV's and motorcycles, to early on in my CRX and Si, to pressure washing/snow blowing/lawn care around my house with Honda powered equipment, they have never let me down. Hat's off to you Soichiro, you built a brand based on one thing...quality. Quality materials, quality engineering and quality workmanship that still hold true in 2024. Its important to remember and acknowledge that.
I am a proud owner of a gorgeous 2020 Civic EX Coupe and am a first time owner of a Honda as well so I’m glad to know I’ve entered a family and a brand I can trust! ❤ Thank you Honda for providing me and many of my friends and family with such safe, reliable, and affordable vehicles! Definitely one of if not the best Japanese and also arguably American brands 😊
Love Honda. Great video! Wish Honda would make ride on lawnmowers for the US market. I would totally have one. Push mowers can only do so much though. But, you can't beat the reliability of them!
As a fan of the Honda Acura brand this is all great news! With all this investment we want to see Honda succeed but you have a problem. Your dealer service network needs improvement. The dealership is the face of the brand and the service department is what keeps a customer. I am on various Honda Acura forums and FB groups and I see people posting about negative service experiences. Much more than usual. I understand some people have a negative bias against dealerships in general no matter the brand. But I am seeing much more of this lately regarding Honda service centers. My coworker has a new Honda and got taken advantage of with maintenance services that were not needed. Now they have a negative feeling towards Honda. Their Honda vehicle is great but their next vehicle will be your closest competitor unfortunately. Some might say who cares, just don't go to the dealership for service but there are some people out there that prefer to service the vehicle where they bought it. This is constructive criticism and I hope its actioned because I want to see Honda flourish.
@@09impala HRC216HXA is the model number, Google it and see if you can find one for sale anywhere in the country, let alone local near your house, they stopped making them and selling them in North America in September last year :( :(:(:(:(
My parents bought a new 2008 Odyssey EX-L with navigation in slate green metallic in September of 2008, 5 months after I was born. ~192k miles later, it’s still with us. I’d say I’m emotionally connected to the van. It is part of what got me to like cars as a kid and THE car that got me into Honda. Unfortunately, with it being almost 16yo, they’re looking to sell it. Just recently, we were on a roadtrip, and our battery died and alternator gave out. That cost us $1k. Just because of the alternator, my parents are looking to sell it and get me another Honda or Acura as my first car. I’m hoping they forget the idea of selling it 😂. Just because the alternator goes bad doesn’t mean you need to sell it. It’s a common thing to replace, especially given the miles it has. And if I have to decide between getting another used Honda or Acura and trading the van in for it OR keeping the van and I drive it as my first car, I’d undoubtedly choose the latter.
Our EV Future infographic -> 2026 Honda 0' EV series (Honda should definitely build the illustrated cool station wagon, MPV or whatever you want to called next). We need more stylish wagon with great practicality and performance. *Remembering the cool designs of Odyssey RB3 and Honda Stream
Don’t do full EVs. Combination of pure ICE, pure BEVs, FCEVs, Normal Hybrids, Plug-in Hybrids, and finally EVs with range extender ICE is the way to go!
Not really, they doing pretty well in the North American markets. As for Swindon, you forgot about brexit... It was a big factor as they obviously did not want to have limited sales and open to all of Europe, you have yourselves partly to blame there. On the other hand, it was a blessing in disguise for them as of now everyone is investing in setting up EV production...

Well said and I concur. Honda cars are exceptional but the dealer network needs attention.
That's John Cena

Love 💗 Honda, because no one close to the design philosophy of Honda.
In Europe we have seven Honda models this is poor we have not many options 😢
Why do you sell a truck with a tailgate that can not be secured with a lock?
You guys are messing with my head…..gasket.
You can’t see him. 👀

John Cena was built in the US too.
I sure wish that #Honda could add AWD to the Odyssey!
👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋
Now make a truck…. Not ridgeline
BYD needs to make them in the USA
Poor investment on Honda's part. The quality is going to go down. You should never have closed the Swindon plant... and with all those job losses too.

Honda needs to not focus so much on EV. Its a scam bro
