  • Well, it's time to tell you about the main hero of the Japanese automotive industry! About the one who occupied and still occupies the first places in various top lists of Japanese automakers! Moreover, in 2008, this company became the largest car manufacturer in the world for the first time, overtaking the monster General Motors! In the world!!!
Brand slogans have long been entrenched among car brands. "Honda - manage reality", "Nissan - exceeding expectations", "Ford - feel the difference", "Kia - the art of surprise", "Mitsubishi - changes for the better"... But there is one advertising slogan of a Japanese car company, which tells as accurately as possible about how it all started and what motivated the creators ... "Toyota - manage the dream!". Without exaggeration - a dream! After all, this story began with a dream. An incredible story. Many people call Toyota a miracle of the 20th century! But there is not any miracle here. There is plenty of perseverance, character and will to achieve goals!
So, let's get to know the company that produces some of the most reliable cars on the planet! Meet Toyota company, or rather, Toyota Motor Corporation! The main member of the modern corporation "Toyota Group".
It is not surprising if this story can seriously motivate some of you in your endeavors. And maybe due to this motivation a miracle of the 22nd century will appear once! Please find us when this happens and thank us! At the very least, send a postcard. Now let's move on to the story itself...

The Kaizen philosophy was brought about by Edward Deming who originally tried to give it to American companies. When they rejected it, Deming brought it to the Japanese who accepted it and as a result Japan has become a better automobile maker than America.

I think what was missed here was some parts of the Toyota vehicles were contracted to suppliers such as batteries, tires, seats, spark plugs, condensers, windshields, weather-stripping, and the like. If Toyota focused on the manufacture/production on those minor parts, it did not have much to do on its reliability. Maintenance therefore was easy and cheaper for replacement parts. Toyota also opened a market for the suppliers in that case. Compared to other country car manufacturers who manufactured almost every single part, they had more concerns. That started the OEM thing that cost much higher compared to "OEM" parts of Toyota that was supplied by their accredited/authorized parts manufacturers. My two cents piece.

They also made bombs that were sent up by balloon, they started many fires on the west coast and killed campers. They were also working on a jet engine and a atomic bomb, the company calls this the dark years. In 1958 the toy pet came to the USA and was soon gone. Then in 1968 with a name change to Toyota they came back to The USA, the cars were much the same as they were in 58, the crona and the crown, the latter did not sell very well.
